Hotel Raghav Residency in Katni is a great venue for weddings. However, it's not suitable for a comfortable stay.

Worst hotel I ever experienced . The staff , food was par below level . There was no management in hotel . Third class service has been provided by the entire staff . The room smells very bad everytime and no cleanliness and hygiene has been followed. It's more than a hell living in raghav residency.

Worst service received ever. They dont listen until you start yelling. We went there for marriage. After countless saying they provide us with just one person. When we reached the rooms were not well cleaned and managed.

Our stay was for 3 nights. Please find below pros and cons :- Pros- 1. Hotel location is very good. 2. Greenery views around the hotel. 3. Peaceful place. 4. Staffs were bit co-operative. Cons- 1. Room locks were broken. 2. Room Cleaning is not done at everyday basis.No toilet papers are provided. Hygiene is not at all maintained. 3. No medical emergency facilities. 4. While checking out, I ordered food for my journey and it was the day before night food. We were not able to eat when we opened it and had to threw it.

It is very nice hotel

Our booking was of 2 days on the 1st day the service was excellent but on the other day they stopped receiving our calls and behaving rudely and they didn't even care about water we have to go down to the reception to let them know that we want wate... I know there was another wedding but we were also there and paid for 2 days because our train was at night so there was no option other than staying there..I'm highly disappointed.
