Mansa Club And Resort

I came here for a family gathering with over 30 people. Here is my review:- Rooms:- Rooms were neat and tidy, with all the features you could want. The bathroom was simple and minimalist-based, including a shower, few towels, toilet, sink, body care essentials etc. Facilities:- The facilities were honestly 1 star. Pool was not managed at all with no heating.. It was super cold even in 35 degree heat. It was super dirty with too much chlorine. The restraint was also pretty small, only able to fit about 25-30 people. Service:- We were extremely dissatisfied with the lunch, including only around 6 dishes which were all raw cold. They also had no rice, and the roti was raw and cold. The staff were kind and respectful, but they failed to provide fast service.

Visited Mansa Club and Resorts for a two-day wedding and overall had a great experience. The property is quite spacious with over 100 rooms, but do keep in mind there's a bit of walking involved as only two lifts are available--can get a little tiring, especially during functions. Rooms on the ground floor are lovely, especially with a view of the pool right outside the window--it adds a refreshing touch. The resort has 2-3 big halls that can accommodate different functions well, and the large garden area is perfect for arranging beautiful bride/groom entries. The breakfast area felt quite congested to me, which was a little surprising considering the main dining hall is big enough but not utilized for the morning setup. Also, the room service is very slow as there are many rooms but they should involve more staff, we had to call for 4-5 times to get the extra bedding. Sadly, I couldn't check out the cafe as it was closed during my visit. All in all, it's a good place with great ambiance--definitely ideal for grand celebrations. A few improvements can make it even better!

The resort is built quite well, the overall vibe is very good but the attitude of the staff there and willingness to provide the customer with a pleasant experience seems to be lacking. With a commitment for a better customer experience this review can easily change to 5 stars as the property actually deserves it.

Recently visited Mansa resort for my cousins marriage. Its a beautiful resort on Indore road. Very beautiful rooms, with a fully modern bathroom fitting, nice house keeping all rooms get a good view of pool side. For me it's 5 star in all aspects.

The hotel property is huge. It has more than 100 rooms. Shower in the room dint work, hot water was not working, pool water was very much dirty. No room services available.

Doesn't deserve 4 stars at all -Bathrooms didn't have any place to hang clothes or used towels. -We checked-in at 3pm and still the bathroom was unprepared -We were told the breakfast ends at 10.30 and at 9am a call comes from the reception that the breakfast is winding up so be fast. -We paid for 4 people in one room and still we had to ask again and again for facilities for 4 people. -Extra blankets were very of bad quality -Breakfast options were of 0 variety. This place doesn't deserve 4.1 stars at all. *Dont come here if a wedding is taking place here*

Property is good and very spacious. Apt for large gatherings too. Only thing they need to improve - Overall maintenance and upkeep of property. Having highly qualified staff that takes good care of even the smallest things that guests observe, will go a long way in spreading good word about Mansa and they can easily compete with celebrated brands.
