Hotel Ram Ratan

The hotel staff and service were too late and in food items we ordered pizza but the base was too bad and the paneer was also the worst I can was ate ever so my rating is zero to the management and the service....

The hotel is good but the staff are very strange and speak at a low level when talking to customers.

The worst experience i had ever. I stayed first time in this hotel. Rooms were messy with seepage, full of insects and mosquitoes. Even basic toiletries were missing and on extra charges. Complimentary water bottle was on charges basis. Service was 3rd class. When you go for final billing they will charge 3% extra on credit card payment. Room charges beats indore 3 star properties. Untrained and unprofessional staff you can experience. If you are planning to visit nearby better to stay at Enrise by sayaji harda. Not value for the money just taking advantage of monopoly.

We had a stop here for our Lunch. The food was exceptional. Good food after 4 days of travel.Be it Dal, Paneer or naan. The staff was very cooperative and service was great. The washrooms were clean. We are really happy with the service. Thank you and keep the quality intact. Would love to come again.

Virgin mojito can be good if made professionally

This hotel is located around KM away from Kannod Busstand. This is one of the Best Luxury hotels to stay in Kannod. Rooms are very big in size, Neat & clean with all amenities & excellent service. They have a Pure Veg Restaurant which serves delicious food, The restaurant ambience is awesome, Friendly staff with excellent service.

We tried the Ram Ratan Hotel for the first time today and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have The food quality and services are top-class. You should try it once. I think this is the hotel in the entire area. Love this place and the food is just awesome. Can't stop myself from visiting this hotel over again.

One and all comforting restaurant on the complete route. Your taste buds, hunger and appetite will be full here. Service is good. They have plenty of options in their menu card. Highly Recommended. Washrooms are clean too.
