Hotel Anmol & Resort

This used to be one of our favorite spots, but after today, we won't be coming back. The experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. First, the service was slow and disorganized--waited forever just to get someone's attention. When the food finally arrived (very late, by the way), I was disgusted to find a hair in my dish. Completely unacceptable. To make things worse, the staff didn't seem too concerned when I pointed it out. The rest of the food was also disappointing, not at all like it used to be. It's really sad to see how far this place has fallen. Save your time and money--there are way better places around now.

Food taste is good but service needs to be improved, staff behaviour is rude. Some politeness needs to be taught by their owner. EV owner can give a try, otherwise k10 should be another option.

Ordered cheese chutney sandwich which was totally dry while the bread was stale. Not worth eating here.

The restaurant is super fine with super quality and quantity food. Tea is super fine must taste it. Staff members are too good to help you at anytime for anything. Stay only here if you are here.

Loved the staff.. really up for serving you best experience.. you don't need to ask for anything.. they will ask You upfront.. proactively.. look after our kids with us.. on top of everything good ambience with even better food.. it was delicious.
