Hotel LA OM Palace

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel La Om Palace, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location of the hotel is excellent, easily accessible and situated in a pleasant area which adds to the overall appeal. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were courteous and attentive throughout my visit. The service at Hotel La Om Palace is super amazing, with the staff ensuring that every need is met promptly and with a smile. This level of service truly enhances the dining experience and makes guests feel valued. As for the food, I ordered a variety of dishes including veg hakka noodles, veg pakodas, chaach, and chole bhature. Each dish was prepared to perfection. The veg hakka noodles were flavorful and had the right amount of spice, while the veg pakodas were crispy and delicious. The chaach was refreshing, a perfect accompaniment to the meal. The highlight was the chole bhature, which was absolutely delightful - the bhature was soft and fluffy, and the chole was rich and well-seasoned. The quality of the food was up to the mark in every aspect, showcasing the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff. The portions were generous, and the presentation was inviting. It is clear that Hotel La Om Palace takes pride in delivering a high standard of food and service. Overall, my experience at Hotel La Om Palace was exceptional. The combination of a great location, superb service, and delectable food makes it a standout choice for dining. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others. I give Hotel La Om Palace a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Very bad experience after stay. staff is not professional. They dont even know how to deal with the guests. Poor quality food. Tea is as like as railway platform. Room and bed sheets are not clean. It seems here as if hotel staff is obliging you to have their hospitality. I will give big ZERO to this hotel and wont suggest any of guest to stay here if they like a luxurious trip.

Rooms are good but food not. No more fresh food available here. I ordered 2 dishes and got in just 5 min. I didn't feel any freshness and it smells bad. So I can't suggest this hotel for food.

Phethetic restaurant.. poor cleanliness .. no water supply in urinals , washrooms .. customer waiting for chapati aftr order for long time.. staff is non customer friendly .. nothing to eat in quick time as buses stop for 15 mints only.. taken ice cream cup and it was totally melt.. complaint not listening by receptionist.. it's only option available on jaipur route so just ok for getting fresh...

Nice people; very helpful! I only stopped in for for a few Cokes and some masala peanuts on my bike tour, to get me through to Narsinghgarh, but they really went out of their way to engage me, a non-Hindi speaker. They gave me loads of recommendations for my journey. Really cool people! Thank you!

Right at the entrance to Biaora coming from Narsinghgarh, this is one of the convenient budget place to stay. 1300plus rooms with ac. No Lift. Good and safe parking. Staff not available in morning before 8am. Saw a big rat at the dining room basin of leftover dishes. Hence 3 stars.

I stayed here with my family here for overnight. Helpful staff and owner. The biggest USP is it's restaurant. The food is fresh and it has great taste. People should once experience it's resturant food. I Will visit again soon.
