The ambience is extremely wonderful!! The rooms, the courtyard and all give a very natural and soothing vibe. As for the staff, they were very nice and did things on time. The food was good, but it was a bit heavy. That needs to be taken care of. A spa could be added too. The salon was very nice. The salon staff was also very nice, but take the food matter to your attention. Rest everything was perfect. I seriously recommend it to you!! Kudos WelcomHotel !!

I recently had wonderful stay at Welcome Heritage Jabalpur(ITC Group), and the dinner buffet at Reva truly stood out. The spread was mouth-watering, with a variety of dishes that were incredibly tasty. The staff were polite, professional, and attentive, contributing to a warm and inviting ambiance. The combination of delicious food and excellent service made for a memorable dining experience. Ihighly recommend Reva at Welcome Heritage Jabalpur for its great food and hospitality!

Good stay, went for a wedding. Kaya kalp, the salon inside the hotel provides very good services, took hair styling and makeup. Pooja did amazing makeup, she was very patiently listening to all my requirements and executed the same effortlessly. Shubham did the hairstyling and curls amazingly, good services at nominal rates. Must take their services if you are staying at this property.

It I had the most incredible leisure experience at this hotel! The atmosphere was immaculate, the environment was serene, and the food was absolutely top-notch. What truly made my wedding experience unforgettable, however, was the exceptional assistance provided by Sonali Ma'am and Manoj Sir. They are truly the gems of ITC JBP, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Gayatri & Vaishnavi also helped me to make my stay hassle free. I couldn't have asked for more!

I stayed in WelcomHotel ITC Jabalpur just 3 days back and I must say we had a very pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did very late checkin at night around 10:15pm and were exhausted by the long 9-10 hrs travel. But to our surprise, the food was still fresh and enough for big family of ours and the staff was very patient even though the closing time was nearing. Rooms were all very spacious and comfortable. Hotel arranged a small event for my elderly parents while we were checking out the next morning. That was such a nice gesture. Overall very comforting stay and we were energized to get back to our forward journey feeling relaxed and satisfied. Will definitely recommend others to stay here.

This is a nice five star property. Since it's comparatively new, there are teething issues. The rooms and bathrooms are large, clean and tastefully decorated. The linens are the usual ITC ones and are of excellent quality. The staff was overall pleasant and helpful. There was an issue with the shower stall which was addressed in a timely manner. The gym was nice and the trainer was very good. The cafe was quite nice and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. Luckily, when we stayed at the hotel there were no weddings happening there else it has the potential to be noisy. Areas for improvement * Staff @ front desk needs to be trained better. They should be able to guide guests for local attractions * Restaurant staff should be trained to serve water when guests occupy a table * The airport drop off is ridiculously expensive

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Specially Ashutosh from staff helped alot. The food was absolutely amazing--delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor. Overall, a fantastic experience with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended!
