I stayed at this place with family overnight only, but was quite impressed with the overall atmosphere and hospitality of the hotel. Ambiance is very good. Staff is helpful and prompt in service. We checked out after enjoying multiple choice breakfast next morning. I would like to mention one special experience that needs to be shared and appreciated.......*We had a five year old toddler who could not eat anything early in the morning. I requested the hospitality staff for some packed breakfast for him. The lady,after taking proper permission from her senior,quickly packed it for me.* This shows that they are courteous and compassionate,but are also disciplined and following rules!

Extremely Unpleasant & pathetic Experience at Hotel Shawn Elizey - Wedding on March 2025 I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the wedding of my brother, which was held at Hotel Shawn Elizey on March 2025. From the time of booking until the final ritual, the hotel's management caused us tremendous inconvenience. The team seemed entirely disinterested in doing their job. Palak Bhatiya, the Sales Head, and her assistant Vanshika Kevat not only misbehaved with us throughout the event but also deliberately disrupted the services. They were seen instructing staff members to cut off services that had already been agreed upon. To make matters worse, dishes from the lunch menu that were pre-decided were arbitrarily removed without our consent, even though the full payment was taken. During the main event, a particularly unprofessional and rude Event Manager, Harmeet Kaur Dhanjal, continuously disturbed us and our guests. She interfered with the DJ, tried to stop the music, and shockingly, even attempted to halt the wedding rituals. The bride and groom were sitting at the mandap, and she was trying to dismantle it in the middle of the ceremony. Her shouting echoed throughout the hall, causing embarrassment and chaos. Despite lodging a formal complaint with the General Manager, Mr. Rajiv, no action was taken. It seems this hotel operates on a policy of collecting full payment in advance and then failing to deliver the promised services. Whenever we raised concerns, we were met with demands for extra charges instead of solutions. Their actions caused severe embarrassment in front of our relatives and tarnished our social image. From what I've come to understand, this behavior is not a one-off incident but part of their regular practice. Many people choose to let such experiences go, but that only encourages them further. I urge everyone who has suffered at the hands of such unprofessionalism to speak up and raise your voice. If we continue to stay silent, they will keep exploiting customers through dishonest and unethical means. This was truly a pathetic and traumatic experience, and I sincerely hope no other family has to go through what we did.

I had a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very accommodating with all my requests. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. I was especially impressed with the high-quality service and the view. I did my hair by their salon for my bestie ring ceremony and it was really a good experience ,they were really nice did a great job and got so many compliments. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service.

Pathetic experience. Would never recommend. We had booked multiple rooms with them. The property looks big and grand on the outside but in reality it is not maintained at all. And the worst thing about the place is the attitude of the people who run and maintain it. 1.The suite they gave had a big hole dug up in the middle of the room, along with bags of cement kept . When we asked about the check in guy said he could fill it up for us and we could swim in it! 2. When we asked for a change of suite, the other one that they gave had a big yellow stain the carpet and the locks of the bathroom broke as soon as we used it. And this was supposedly the best room they have. 3. All the rooms we booked had lots of mosquitos in it. Upon complaining, the maintainance head said that out of so many rooms only we complained so it cant be true ! 4. The Sales team that sold us the deal took zero responsibility. The Sales head and top management didnt even speak to you even though we waited for them an entire day 5. Food is very average Would never recommend this property to anyone. A lot of good brands have come up in Jabalpur in the same location like ITC and Radisson. Go for them instead

It was a lovely stay in Shawn Elizy Jabalpur. The service is prompt and efficient. The receptionist Mr Jitendra Verma really cordial and helpful in making the stay very comfortable. The food is good here. Your stay would be smooth and enjoyable in Shawn Elizy, so I would recommend a stay here which would be pleasant.

Had an amazing experience at Shawn Elizey. Went there with family. It's a lovely property with the best staff. They're so cute and helpful. Food & Service is also goooood. Our executives Mr. Jitendra Verma & Ms. Sakshi Tripathi were good too :)
