I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and was impressed by the quality of services provided. The overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I would especially like to extend my thanks to Ms. Shivani Thakur and Ms. Roshni Chauhan for their excellent service and hospitality during breakfast in the cafeteria. Their attention to detail and courteous behavior truly enhanced the experience. Looking forward to visiting again.

Awesome staff. I would specifically recommend services rendered by Amit Chaudhary from restaurant room service. Great guy always smiling and work very enthusiastically. 5 Star to Amit Chaudhary. Another staff great I would like to recommend is Sabita Banskar from housekeeping on 2nd floor. Very cheerful lady and extremely hard working

Very Disappointing Experience - Avoid Dining Here We came here expecting a comfortable dining experience, but it was anything but that. The air conditioning was completely off, and when we brought it up to the staff, they simply said there was nothing they could do. We had already ordered our food, so leaving wasn't an option. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable--we were all sweating throughout the entire meal. This is not what you expect when dining out. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or enjoyable experience. Definitely not worth it.

Ms. Roshni Chouhan was there to assist me. Always staying at this place because of its service, staff, & food quality. I highly recommend this place. Roshni mam was very helpful. Stay here is always very good & front office staff is very corporative & sweet, will come & stay here in my next visits too.

NOT WORTH VISITING Fake reviews are plenty that is why they all specifically mention few names I recently visited this hotel, and it was very poorly managed. The staff were not only unhelpful but also very rude. They kept mixing up prices, and every time I asked about something, I got different answers from each employee. It felt like they had no idea what they were doing and didn't care to help. The rooms were also in bad shape. They were dirty, with dust everywhere, stains on the walls, and bed sheets that clearly hadn't been changed. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the overall cleanliness was really lacking. This hotel is clearly mismanaged. The staff were rude, uninformed, and the rooms were far below standard. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Had an opportunity to host a party here for my father's retirement. And to my surprise it went well than expected. Nemi sir and lavkush took care of all the arrangements and made sure everything is done on time. The food quality was awesome. I would surely suggest people to please give them a chance and you won't be disappointed.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Nothing is good about this hotel. From rooms, restaurant, room service,staff everything here is pathetic. Firstly this hotel doesn't have a good parking facility. The lane towards the hotel is too narrow. The rooms are dirty, smelly and pathetic. It seems as if the rooms were not cleaned for long time. There's no ventilation in the room. The room service is extremely slow. The staff is pathetic too. They keep arguing for any small thing that you ask. The staff does not have manners to talk to guests. The restaurant staff specially lack the decency to talk to guest. The breakfast can easily be missed. Nothing new they serve the same breakfast everyday. If you order food or anything to your room it takes hours to be delivered. Extremely pathetic. Please do not visit this place. I don't have an option to give minus rating.

It a great place to stay, they have yummy food and very humble staff (such as Roshani chaudhary and Jacob sir). Service was also very nice. We stayed here for 5 days and we really recommend this place for stay and dining.
