I recently stayed at Pratibha home stay that exceeded my expectations. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home . The room was cozy, clean , and beautiful with stunning views of society and it was very close to main road. Breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring fresh , local ingredients. The host Pratibha went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable, the food was amazing and homely. We came to stay at middle of night There were guards near the gate to receive. The rooms were very homely and clean. pathetic stay and unprofessionalism and dishonest owner. Our stay here was extremely disappointing. the owner is dishonest and untrustworthy. Initially, she quoted a different price, but at the last moment, she changed the rates as per her wishes. They even charged extra for using a common passage that everyone staying at the venue uses. The rooms and other facilities are nothing like what is portrayed on their website--everything is misleading. To make things worse, The bathroom was poorly designed, with no place to keep a towel or clothes. The service was horrible nobody was around to get the water pump turned on as there was no water, and they didn't even bother to check. Even then, the response was slow and unhelpful. We had to shout just This place is completely unprofessional and mismanaged. Avoid at all costs!

Amazing homestay! Hosts are very kind and helpful. They let us check in super late (after midnight) as our train was delay. They welcomed us very warmly. The room and bathroom were clean and confortable. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and lunch here. Good people, good confort, good quality, good price. Our stay at this place was nothing short of a nightmare. Right from the start, the experience was filled with disappointment and frustration. no proper space to keep a towel or clothes, no almirah , no cleanliness just completely inconvenient and poorly maintained. There was no staff available Every time we needed assistance, we had to call them on mobile, and even then, the response was sluggish and careless. The owner initially quoted one price but hiked the rates at the last minute without any valid reason. To make matters worse, they even charged extra for a common passage used by all guests--a completely unethical practice. The website claims good facilities, but the reality is far from it. The rooms and amenities are nothing like what's advertised. This place is completely mismanaged, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you're considering booking here, think twice--there are far better options available. Avoid at all costs!

In my opinion Pratibha Home Stay is a very soothing place to stay at, in the heart of Jabalpur! The hosts hospitality and thoughtfulness made my stay truly special. The home stay provided a refreshing respite from the busy streets of Jabalpur. Delicious homemade food, WiFi and comfortable rooms added to the charm. No doubt the hosts know how to treat guests, they help in all sorts of ways whether it be transportation or guide if needed. They truly go over and beyond.
