The rooms are good for most of the part. The cupboards were broken and the bathroom did not have a lock. The room card given was not working and we had to go to the reception again for the purpose. They did not provide a kettle. The restaurant was good. The food was tasty. The hotel is very near to the railway station. Overall the hotel is ok.

The rooms are decent, but the housekeeping service needs improvement. Guests have to reach out to housekeeping if they want their rooms cleaned. The food is average, with limited breakfast options that rarely change. Only two items are rotated occasionally. Basic amenities like soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, and napkins are not provided. The facilities offered are not on par with the charges. Overall, I would rate it 2.5 stars.

Bloody disgusting service! They accepted the booking first by agoda with full payment then I the time of checkin they denied to provide the rooms because agoda don't gave them good tariffs! This is exactly what they said ! One of the worst hotel and experience i ever had ! All the phone numbers available on google and other sites are either not in service or switched off ! Don't book this scam hotel ! Going to file a FIR on these scammers!
