OYO 3603 White Pearl Hotel

Cancelled my booking just two days before the date, even after paying 12500 for a whole floor. Overpriced for sure. no complementary anything. Asked me to pay double the actual price. The staff was rude while giving back the refund as well.

Mosquitoes welcome you with open arms and bite the hell out of you all night making your stay a horrible experience. On top of this when asked for the mosquito repellent liquid the staff say that they have run out it and give you incense sticks which do not work. They have parking but will not allow you to park there but ask and pester you to park outside the property. Logic left this world after the interaction with the staff here.

Just simply encashing kumbh mela, zero room service , fought for towell at room , no soap, shampoo, worst service.

White pearl hotel is one of the best hotel in madan Mahal area Jabalpur for stay for bachelor and family.

Very luxurious rooms. Nice morning view and the food here is also lip smacking. Ambiance was so nice, very much safe for girls. The people were very friendly and helpful. Clean and decorated rooms were Lovely Thanks to the manager of the hotel for helping us and taking care of so many of us so flawlessly. It was a very nice and pleasant experience to be in this hotel. The people were so helpful in helping us locate tourist interest places, how to reach, what would be the ideal time , way to reach there, everything. Very nice service and support from the hotel management.

Nice place to stay, bit hard to find.

We booking this hotel for our wedding. We did not had the option due to high demand of muhurat days. Room price was Little high. Service could have been much better. Room cleaning was delayed. Also room keys was given to us much later. One room was given without any look in it but was charged fully. Arrangements was also little slow. Half prices was quite reasonable. Due to construction, room was blocked so had to come other way round so guests faced issue while finding the location.

Stayed here for 3 Nights. Let me share my honest review. First of all there rooms are well maintained and clean. They don't allow outside foods but trust me the foods they serve their is amazing,its great. You can order from low price to high ends you wont regret. Okay why I gave 4 star? In my first night my geyser wasn't working. They tried to repair till next day. But they really care for the customers and arranged me another room. I shifted to another room with geyser working fine. But later came to know AC was not working in the new room. But really thanks to them for taking listening to what I need. According to what we paid we need to compromise on certain areas. But overall this is good choice in Jabalpur. I don't regret and I enjoyed.
