OYO 2779 Hotel Regal

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Jabalpur and had a really comfortable experience. I paid 1500 per day over the weekend, which is quite decent considering the location. The hotel is near Russell Chowk -- a popular area that's also close to the railway station and other key spots in the city. Although I was out most of the time exploring, every time I came back to rest, the room felt peaceful and relaxing. The staff was polite and responsive, and the breakfast was good. The property was clean, well-maintained, and hygiene was clearly taken seriously. They also have in-house dining, so you can conveniently order food to your room if you prefer staying in. Otherwise, you can easily step out for dinner -- there are plenty of restaurants just a 2-minute walk away. The area felt safe even at night. The hotel staff locks the gates late at night for guest safety, but if you inform them about being out late, they're very cooperative and supportive. Overall, it was a great stay. Comfortable, safe, and well-located -- definitely worth considering if you're visiting Jabalpur!

I had a very bad experience at Hotel Regal. The AC was not working, and even after it was repaired, it made a lot of noise. The fan's regulator was not functioning, the washroom was extremely small, and the jet spray was not working.

Staff behavior very bad, he has so much ego. Not a trand staff here. They have not manners. Westage money. Please don't book this hotel. All positive reviews are fake. I don't know how to approve #Makemytrip, this matter of credibility of #MakeMytrip. We know to #MakeMyTrip not know any hotels. So why listing this type of hotel. Location is good and hotel is good but towels and bedsheets are not upto mark

I had a very bad experience with a hotelroom. The Air conditioner was not cooling. I informed this to the receptionist twice, he sent a sevice guy who said that the AC was not switched ON and he said us to wait for 15 minutes. Even after 15 minutes the AC was non functional. The sevice guy again told us to wait for few minutes. This process continued for a few hour until I did not leave the hotel because they denied us to provide a new room. All the positive reviews you see are totally fabricated. Beware of bad hotel service.

All the positive reviews you see are misleading. The hotel provides pathetic user experience. The staff is very ignorant. In a recent incident they misbehaved with ladies and did not listen to the queries related to lack of amenities.

All positive reviews are fake. They gave us an AC whose AC was not working. Particularly room number 205-206 AC was dead. They even denied to make it better.
