I had high hopes when I visited Polomax hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The biggest shock was seeing mice in the dining area--something no restaurant should ever allow. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority, and this made me seriously doubt their standards. On top of that, the food service was all over the place. Some dishes arrived late, portion sizes kept changing, and the overall presentation didn't feel consistent. It's frustrating when you can't rely on a place to deliver the same quality every time. What made things worse was the price difference between their website and what they charge offline. The gap was big enough to feel misleading--transparency is key, and this did not sit well with me. If you're thinking about staying there, be prepared for disappointment. The room quality was poor, with noticeable maintenance issues, and it didn't match what was advertised. The lack of cleanliness and basic upkeep made the stay uncomfortable. I really hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements. Until then, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I have stayed at this hotel around 15-16 times since 2023, but unfortunately, the condition has been declining, and now it seriously needs renovation. The room condition is average at best. Thin bedsheets that don't feel comfortable. Room key issues--many times, it doesn't work properly. Shower not working, which is a big inconvenience. No hot water available throughout the day, making it difficult to bathe comfortably. Bathroom paint is peeling, and doors are rusty, which gives a very poor impression. Room floor is sticky, making it feel unclean and poorly maintained. This hotel urgently needs renovation in all sections. I hope management takes action soon to improve the stay experience.

Rooms dirty as hell, Washroom dirty & shower works like someone is peeing ! Ac leaks water , The room was hot all day but okay just because the ac water on the floor was making it cool! Everything was nasty , No seriousness regarding customer satisfaction, We have to go to reception again & again for getting the key reactivated! No toiletries, And the hallway smells like dead animals ! Totally nasty , Only plus was the location of the hotel but i would prefer to stay 10 km away than this nasty place , They charge money for a 3 star but gives a -3 service ! Never recommend anyone , Stay somewhere far but not this location! DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel needs immediate management attention- being to this place 3-4 times in last 2 months but was not satisfied with hotel cleanliness especially rooms, bathroom and corridor and alot of other service issues. Staff at the reception is not hospitable at all and does not understand the meaning of hospitality- i was made to wait for 4-5 hours every time so seems there is no provision for an early check in and it happens to almost all customers visiting the hotel early morning till 11 am- she was so flat in responding that I could not request despite having spine problem post surgery. Even they do not Understand the professionalism and dealing is very bland and flat. Customers will complain about an issue related to water and staff at the hotel generally respond this is not their fault and it's the maintenance issue. Clearly no sense of ownership- Boss you at the reception is the face of hotel then how you can respond such things?? Need correction and implementation otherwise it's totally a waste of such beautiful property at a prime location!!!

Good hotel to stay for a day, for someone who wants to have easy access to railway station . Rooms were clean but not well maintained.House keeping staff were not that efficient but the reception staff were really helpful and they were happy to guid us about jabalpur city tour. Their complimentary breakfast at their resturant Mumbai Masala was absolutely delicious and the theme of the restaurant is really great, as it tells you a lot of facts of bollywood.

Disappointing Stay - only the location is good The only good thing about this hotel is its location--close to the railway station and about a 30-minute drive from the airport. Everything else was a disaster. We were a couple, yet they gave us a room with three single beds. Instead of a proper bed, they joined two beds with a wooden slab in between, which worked as a side table--literally attached to the bed (see pics). It was extremely uncomfortable. The room had seepage, and there were tobacco stains on the walls and bathroom. The washroom layout was terrible, especially the pot placement. To make things worse, there was no hot water, and no one responded when we called for help. Overall, a terrible experience. Would not recommend.
