The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."

Stayed this hotel many times - recently from 20th April to 24th April 2025. Many things disappointed with this hotel from my exp 1. Arrogant staff behaviour- the communication is arrogant and disrespectful most of the time 2.Unprofessional behaviour to get tips from customers- even if they brought something to room they wont leave without getting a tip which is so cheap 3.So much delay in reception- seems they use very outdated software for managing bookings - I had to wait 45 when I first checked in 4. Average food with high price - The breakfast buffet is just below average but bring only convenience to guests nothing more exciting about food 5 . The vallet parking staff behave like guests are their slaves - they just order us lodly Overall I will never chose this place to stay in future . There are plenty of hotels available in Jabalpur where staff behaves properly . The management should train the staff and make the system more effective . I wont recommend this hotel to anyone

Today on 17 th April I went in the Hotel Restaurant & order Buffet. The whole food is full of oil & quality of food was not upto the mark . Staff is from North East was not understanding the Language. Manager on duty doing arguments. Suggest not to take Buffet in This Hotel.

We had wonderful experience in our stay of 2 days. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of varities. All the staff were supportive especially Chaitu Yadav.

A very good hotel for business and family trips. Family rooms are spacious and well furnished. Simply and tastefully decorated with ample moving space and separate sofas or chairs and tables for meetings and food.

Buffet spread is very nice, Mr Bhupendra served us really nicely. Quality of food is very good. Rooms are old and needs renovation. Though service is nice

Very pathetic property , toilets are dirty , rooms were smelling , waiters are very greedy , reception is very irresponsible if you complain they don't show any seriousness , not a place to stay with family. Approach to hotel Not et al good.
