Hotel Trio Max

The staff is very rude, especially Archana Tiwari. She created an issue over printing just one page. The billing system is also inefficient--they can't even change the date on a bill. I used to visit this hotel frequently, but ever since the staff changed, the hotel's quality has declined.

0 star 1. Bad Experience ever 2. No cleaning and to many mosquitoes inside the room 30 to 40 No. 3. No space for parking even for unloading the luggage 4. Price includes drop up to railway station but they denied at the time of departure, we booked in advance for drop, we were in penic situation at that moment to lost the train, and lady manager was argument incorrectly and behaved rudely behaved. 5. No managment at all 6. After calling so many time i get towel only 7. Room key was not working 201 no. Every time i have to go for door opening 8. Disappointed don't book waste of money and time 9. Remove that lady manager to improve managment

Hotel is not at all good for anyone, Hotel is running due to location only (mid in the city), Hotel rooms are not friendly, Worst behaviour of receptionist and not at all good services Never recommend to anyone If price of this hotel is below 500 then only may be good else need to search somewhere else..

They lack even the most basic customer service skills, making it feel more like a roadside commercial setup rather than a reputable hotel. The rooms are too small and the washroom gets waterlogged so the experience was very bad .No hot water for bathing and there is only one staff for room service

Good hotel and decent staff . Mr Sachin saho who was the receptionist was very friendly and provided the correct information and even supported us for the cab booking to airport

This hotel need a renovation in bathrooms. Hot water was unavailable during cold winter morning.

Nice hotel 10-15 minutes away from jabalpur railway station.
