Hotel Shikhar Palace Jabalpur

The hotel is located in the city center. The rooms are decent and service is applaudable. Their restaurant "Pangat" is a fine dine in restaurant with a magnificent ambience and a decent interior. Staff is very friendly and suggests the best dish they could get based on your demand. The cost of dining is pocket friendly. Highly recommended for peaceful dining. They also have a small banquet hall where small party/functions or gathering can be planned.

Very, bad experience We paid 7k for stage decorations and candle lights were, off whole the function They said starter drinks Will be served that was done for 5 minutes hardly 1 botle . Food taste was average. Gulab jamun were so yuck not fried well. We asked them to keep soft, background music on, which was also not kept. Overall not good experience.

I was booked the banquet hall with fix rate of thali prices. I already told the timming at the time of booking of banquet hall and i also discussed about the dining arrangements. But when the actual function starts no one staff take it seriously , they dont follow the timming thats already discussed with. With me they shut off the food stall before 1.5 -1 hr. What they were doing . Food ,room, cleaning only good but the staff behaviour and time management is totally bad

One of the best evening spent here, never felt i was out of home except for the unbelievable food, must visit

This review is for restaurant service. Food which I ordered was smells stinky, 1 day old sabzi served, no action taken by restaurant. Very disappointed
