Poor service and facilities |The hotel is not 4 star as advertised. The room alloted was with double bed inspite of informing them I need twin bedded room. They alloted a newly renovated room. A poor impractical layout like a chair blocking the wardrobe door, had to shift the chair. Wardrobe hanger rod keeps falling white hanging clothes. Only 3 hangers instead of standard 4. The location of the wardrobe is near the window on the opposite side of the bathroom, impractical. Dressing mirror on the wrong wall as one can see the wc sitting on the bed. No towel rack or ring in bathroom, no toilet roll holder, no bathmat provided. The bathroom door handle came off, was repaired later. No stirrer stick for tea set. Housekeeping does not replace the toilet roll, tea stirrer, hand towels.|Food is ok. But service needs a lot of improvement. Every time I need to remind for salt, pepper, onion with indian food. Today there was no chinese/ continental dishes available from menu. No explanation by captain or manager Nityanand. Breakfast buffet is not hot, and the staff is not groomed.|I had my friend from Japan and it was embarrassing in the situation. Overall very disappointed and will never come or recommend anyone.

Poor quality of rooms. Felt like they were not cleaned for last many days. Dirt under the bed. Better rooms were available on other floors but I was allocated room on 3rd floor. I was told this is an upgrade but felt like downgrade to me. Paint was coming off the walls. Some guest complained about this room and he was shifted to other room and I was allocated the same room. Since itvwas past midnight I had no energy to argue and took whatever was being given. Definately not worth the price and Recommendations. Staff was polite and courteous however and that was the only positive during my stay.

We went for the lunch. Service was good , food was good in taste. Hotel is located a bit inside city but parking area is sufficient inside premises. Overall it was a good lunch stop.

Good hotel. Mr Nitin is very helpful at reception Rooms are spacious. But need up-gradation Ample parking Getting towel is a issue WiFi is issue Rest all well

Stayed in their Elite room but it was not value for money. Though the room was newly done but looked like it was not complete. Had to get the room cleaned thoroughly, the washroom was in used condition when we checked in, there was no table to have food. When we asked for a table we got an old table (pic enclosed). No option for hangers to hang clothes....

Very horrible place to stay, you will get accompany with cockroches and lizards in room, bad cozy smell in room, no service

Rooms were not bad service was slow but the food was tasty lovely hotel

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Satya Ashoka. The cleanliness was a major issue - the bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels were extremely dirty, making it hard to feel comfortable. The hotel Wi-Fi was not working during my entire stay, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the room was very noisy, and the "Do Not Disturb" sign was either not available or simply ignored.||||The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't functioning, making the ventilation poor. Despite requesting multiple times for clean bed sheets, water, and help with the Wi-Fi, the staff did absolutely nothing to address these issues.||||I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and lack of essential amenities.
