Hotel Rishi Regency

The thoughtful arrangement of food and beverages, the courteous service, and the warm hospitality displayed by each staff member have created a wonderful atmosphere. Particularly, I commend the lady receptionist for her polite and transparent communication regarding the breakfast charges. It's evident that the hotel's management prioritizes excellence and customer satisfaction. As a first-time visitor to High Court Jabalpur on a special mission, your efforts have significantly contributed to making my experience comfortable and memorable. Please accept my sincere thanks and accolades for a job well done.

HOTEL seriously needs renovation and staff training. 1) Location - Awesome, very accessible. 2) All electronics of rooms are on the verge of dying and somehow struggling to survive. 3) if you have been broughtup in core city - u will love this room as AC will make you feel you are in traffic on scooter for entire night ;) 4) staff training is needed- they quarrel with each other in front of GM(at breafast) because of ambiguity of their Job Description and KRAs. 5) amex cards are not accepted. 6) Fan was not happy with my presence - it ran either on 5th speed or none. 7) on the other hand shaving mirror loved me and followed while i was in bathroom- please see video- you will enjoy it. 8) Hotel takes sustainability very seriously and shower will work only if keep the button pressed- it made me realise i dont carry skills of bathing with one hand. On the positive side- Hotel sincerely helped us in early checkin with minimalistic charge and i am thankful to them for the same. I ordered a tea in room and waitress left me with half cup of tea and while escalating this - hotel waved off charges for the same, but i needed a Full cup of tea in the morning Reception manager also told that they are renovating one room at a time and because of soldout status they couldn't perform renovation. The room i opted for- was executive room. They also hava a bar and restaurant which seems they primary focus, although the entry is entirely separate. But some attention is needed over Hotel aswell.

Nice spacious rooms. Associated with MP tourism. Bit costly. But service and facility is amazing. Courteous staff. Especially in the restaurant. Rooms could be better if compared with tariff. Location is also very good.

Maha bakwas hotel. Check Video attached. We booked double sharing room and it was the worst experience. Room was smelling like it hasn't been opened in quite a long time. Moreover the price on their list are absolute crazy for such a stupid room. We booked online to get a better deal for which we thanked ourself endlessly for not paying the price as per their rate card present at the reception because of the horrible experience we were about to have there. The hotel is right by railway line so there goes your sleep if you're sensitive to excessive sound while sleeping. We booked in the evening after sunset, tired after a long drive and went for dinner after getting freshen up. AC was not working properly at that time but we ignored because we were hungry and wanted to go out for dinner hoping that AC would work when we get back. When we get back late night and switched it on, AC wasn't working and when I check the AC, the filters were completely chocked. I had to clean the AC filters at around 11 PM at night which took me about half an hour to clean both of them. With such poor maintenance of the hotel they had the audacity to write "THE HOTEL HAS BEEN RECENTLY FULLY RENOVATED WITH STATE OF THE ART DESIGN" and bla bla on their pamphlet (picture attached)

Good staff Front office is very good and polite. The staff is very genuine unhelpful and caring in the nature. I really love this day. It was recommended by one of the staff and it was very fruitful. The housekeeping staff is also very good mannered. And well-groomed, thank you, team. I will recommend this hotel to everyone to stay once for the peace in the city. It's very peace by living in this hotel by the noise of the city.Thank you hotel rishi gency

Rishi Regency is one tmof the best hotels I'd stayed in India, the hotel is near the train station, in an avenue, the facilities are great, the room is cozy and very comfortable, with fan and ac, internet works really fine and the shower is good, with 2 large towel and a lot of other staff to makes feel good. The employees are very kind and the breakfast was enough. Highly recommended!!!

After a long search for hotels , booked it randomly seeing photos and locations , so it turned out to be a good choice as rooms were clean and maintained, breakfast service is good and they can also provide station drop-off service. The hotel is located at descent central location. Overall good experience.
