Hotel Onyx inn

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Onyx Inn! The comfort level was top-notch and the staff was incredibly warm and attentive. Every detail was taken care of, making it feel like a home away from home. Definitely coming back

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and not worth the money charged. To start, the hotel no longer serves food, which was a major inconvenience as it left me scrambling to find nearby dining options. For the price they charge, I expected at least a basic level of service, but sadly, it fell far short. When I checked in, the room had clearly been closed and neglected for a long time. The moment I entered, I noticed an infestation of bugs. The bedsheet, pillow, and blanket were not only dirty but smelled terrible, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. To make matters worse, the washroom's window was broken, which made it possible for people in nearby buildings to see inside an unacceptable and alarming invasion of privacy. Adding to the frustration, the hotel did not provide basic amenities like soap, shampoo, or handwash, which are the bare minimum expected even at budget accommodations. It felt like the management had completely disregarded the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. For the high rates they charge, I expected much better standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service. Unfortunately, the experience was so bad that I would only recommend staying here if no other hotels are available. The lack of care and attention to even the most basic aspects of hospitality makes this place a very poor choice for travelers.

The hotel is almost like godown not at all cleaned hotel staff very rude not safe for family misguided by the highway hotels and specially kumbh mela they are charging very high it's almost -i8

Very dirty and unhygienic room. Mosquitos everywhere in the room. Staff behaviour is also very rude.

Location is a plus point. So nice location, pretty rooms, staff is friendly and helpful, perfect for couples and families. I would 100 % recommended it. Safe for couples and price is also good. Ac luxury rooms at only Rs. 1400/-
