Hotel Onyx Inn Zero Degree

Recently visited this hotel, the experience from check in too check out was amazing. The service , the security, room were neat and clean , washroom was preety decent , the interiors and the overall space felt like a high rated hotel experience. Stayed for 2 days and 2 nights and even got the room changed to the room with big windows in one go! Loved it! Definitely will visit again!

5 Drunk Men in 1 room created chaos till past 2am!!! Not a hotel for a family or decent couple!! They danced, ran, yelled, screamed, kept the TV on till 1am. My husband and I took this room due to the reviews. Kept calling the staff to help me out but they were young boys, so I begged themto all the owner. I couldn't sleep the night, and when I reached out to the owner he didn't take my call but asked them to leave at 2.40am. We checked in after 9pm, and fled the hotel at 7.30am. I requested owner for refund since we couldn't sleep. He is saying he gave a refund to the men who were drunkand creating a ruckus so he won't give me a refund. Me and my husband are the ones who was scared and lost a peaceful nights sleep. So why would he give the refund to 5 men who lived in 1 room is beyond me! Not a hotel for a family or decent couple!!

This is a wonderful stay option for couples, singles or family. Great service, comfort and very much affordable. Sits in the prime location of the city, a worth try for anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay.
