Hotel Narmada Jacksons (A Grand Heritage Hotel)

Went to there restaurant Jacksons back in time . The ambience has improved, and the service remains good as always. However, the food quality has declined. We ordered soups, veg and non-veg starters, and main course--everything was subpar. The mutton, which was the highlight of our visit, was bland, rubbery, and tasted reheated. Overall, a disappointing food experience despite the good service and atmosphere.

Worst service, their AC didn't work for whole 2 days of our stay during marriage function. And no particular planned step to resolve this, looks like they are bunch of unprofessional people running the hotel. Staff doesn't have manners to behave. It used to be better but from recent time this hotel is loosing the credibility. Will not recommend ever.

Pretty horrible service, certainly not worth the hype. Stayed for 2 days, will never visit or order from here. Staff is uninterested to help, food is cold and is just filled with spice to make you sick. Hotel is built complicated, no lift on few floors.

Plus points:: central location, nice food, good restaurant and bar. Minus: Corridors and rooms give a suffocating feeling as the only view in most rooms is an apartment complex almost at touching distance. One has no view.

Good hotel in Jabalpur, location is excellent. Ample parking space available at this place. Hall and lawn for functions available. The restaurant has a buffet and ala carte menu (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian). Quick service provided by staff in the restaurant. Visited for lunch, hence cannot comment on the room and other stuff, but based on the visit I can say overall a good hotel, found a nice and clean restaurant and reception area.

Recently I attended the wedding of my sister this December. Arrangements were amazing, food was tasty , hospitality was exceptional. Really a nice property and services are amazing.

This is a very dated hotel. They call it "Heritage" but other than the age of the non updated building , there is nothing that is heritage, it is an over rated hotel with average customer service. According to a staff member, the current Canadian owners took over the building in 2002. It probably has not been updated since then. The WiFi does not work well, and when it does work, it is slow. Beds are not comfortable, Linens are old.

Food is to good.Location is the most important of this property nearest from the airport and main railway station.
