Good hotel at a good location. Food was good. Service not up to the mark. Reached hotel at 5 pm but waited for 20 mts to get the room. It was not ready even though the xheckin time was 12 or 1. Lots of noise in the nights. There is a function hall and music pass through the room which is disturbing. No time sense at all. Went to BF at 8 but started at 820.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Kadamb Tree! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities were top-notch --restaurant, banquet hall, waiting area were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Whether it was helping with local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, they truly made me feel at home. The location was perfect - in the heart of the city. Great hotel in a great location. Liked their food arrangements. Pure vegetarian food, sweets are also very delicious. They can also make without onion garlic for pre-order. Good place for kitty parties, birthdays and other celebrations.

Ambience of the hotel and room service is extremely good 10/10.. no doubt it's the most value for money stay one get get... Rooms and Toilets are super clean and hygienic..... Loved the stay... And most importantly I loved the most is the Food!! Great restaurant and great hospitality!! Surely gonna My permanent stay for any work in Jabalpur

We had booked this hotel while we were passing by Jabalpur but loved their hospitality so much that we stayed at the same place on our return journey as well just to enjoy the stay. The staff is courteous and welcoming The buffet breakfast that they serve here is truly amazing. There is a variety of options from South Indian to continental. We did have some serious issue with the vehicle vendor that they had suggested, but they immediately black listed the vendor on hearing our horrible experience with that particular vendor. Overall our stay was peaceful and the food was delicious and we could relax during our hectic journey. This place is highly recommended. My best wishes to Agarwal family.

The hotel was very good. The reception is very grand. It contains banquet halls in the first 2 floors. Coming to the rooms, they were clean good. The only downside is the TV which didn't work for us. The washrooms were neat. The service was excellent. The staff were very polite. The food was outstanding. Coming to the location, it is inside the town and a bit hard to reach. Overall the experience was good and I highly recommend this hotel.

Two days stay at Hotel Kadamb Tree Presidential Suite We stayed at Hotel Kadamb Tree, Jabalpur, Presidential Suite, room number 400, from the morning of 13 Apr 2025 until the evening of 14 Apr 2025 for our vacation and time away from work on a long weekend. Location: The location, while not easily found on Google Maps and with some roadblocks causing our taxi to circle, is best navigated with the help of locals in Jabalpur. This is an area where the hotel could improve to ensure a smoother arrival for future guests. Amenities: Jacuzzi: The operations of the Jacuzzi are confusing for a new user, and some user manuals or guides should be placed in the suite for users who are new to the model and the device. When we asked the staff member who opened the suite for us, they did not know how the Jacuzzi was operated. They could not direct us to the relevant person or resource for more details. What we did was trial and error in using the Jacuzzi, spending unnecessary time and effort. Wi-Fi: We learned that Wi-Fi details are not available in the suite and were not conveyed to us during check-in, and we had to call reception for those details. They provided one code to log in, and it did not work; they offered another one, which did not work. Finally, they came to visit us and provided the correct code and informed us that only one person can log in from a laptop, and for mobile, we need to get another code from them, and those codes will be changed every 24 hours, and we have to get them again from them. This was too much hassle for us, and we ended up not using the Hotel Wi-Fi and settled on our own Jio phone data instead, which was faster than the Hotel Wi-Fi. SmartTV: The TV was connected to another Wi-Fi network, so it was not possible for us to cast our Macbook screens to those Smart TVs as they were not on the same network. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast, a key part of our stay, was not ready at the promised time of 8 a.m. on Sunday, 13 Apr. This delay was disappointing and something the hotel should address to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for guests. Lunch: We tried lunch at the Panchamrut restaurant on the second floor. The server forgot instructions and one item from the ordered menu, so we waited for the required dish for 10 minutes. We informed the server to serve all the dishes together as we needed the rice with the bread, which the server forgot. Later, they rushed to provide that dish after 10 minutes. One item which was ordered was forgotten and, when reminded, was provided after some time. The servers should repeat the orders before leaving the table. Also, the servers are very fresh, and young people have less experience and need guidance for basic hospitality processes. There was a lot of noise in the restaurant due to a children's party, and we preferred quiet time, so after that experience, we ordered all our meals in the room. Room Service: The meals ordered in the room were well served and even more quickly than the restaurant experience. The meals should be served with salt and pepper just like they provide pickles and onions, as these are very basic requirements for any meal. Overall: The suite was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. Despite the issues we encountered, we still managed to enjoy our stay.
