Stay at hotel was good Staff behaviour is excellent Room was clean And parking is available in this hotel Overall nice experience

It's good for 1-3 days of stay, price is very reasonable and also they give discount by itself. It has 24 hrs staying system, where you can stay for 24 hrs since check-in. You can choose between air-conditioning rooms and non-ac rooms, but I'll prefer to choose ac rooms because the price difference is very low. Rooms are good in condition and have optimum space, it's equipped with all the essential electronics and also working, except TV. Also, they charge extra money for extra mattress, but in my case they give me discount and doesn't charge extra money for the mattress at check-out.

I booked single room for 4 nights through Goibibo, The moment I entered in the hotel everything seems just opposite to the images uploaded on Goibibo portal. Everything was completly dirty, staff was very arrogant and rude, when I asked them to clean the room they said staff is not coming due to some random reasons so please manage we will fix it soon, but guess no one came during whole stay. Due to access dust and moisture I have to left the room on 3rd night only and when I asked for the refund of 4th night they refuses and very rude to me, even I raised the issue with Goibibo but they never responded back to me.

Imperial one of the best hotel so far as rooms, service and location is concerned The view from all the sides is best Eco friendly all around Service from all ends is luxury I enjoyed food and there service Just i can say wow and recommended others to go and enjoy!

Typically, the basic hotel services include reception guests, room service, food service, including restaurants in the hotel, and security. Sometimes in the small hotels the duties of security, a cook and a cleaner are performed by the owner

Hotel is not too expensive only 1000 for ac rooms and 700 rs for non ac compare to other hotel's in the same location but if you are not visiting jabalpur for any working reason that requires u to stay in center of city then I will suggest u too take hotel's any other hotel and also car parking is a problem in this hotel
