Hotel Anmol Era

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the washroom was a major issue. Despite multiple requests, the staff failed to maintain adequate cleanliness standards. Although they were polite and courteous, their inability to address this concern was disappointing. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but the lack of attention to cleanliness in the washrooms was a significant letdown. To make matters worse, the hotel charges a premium rate, which I found to be excessively high considering the subpar housekeeping services. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their housekeeping services and reviews their pricing strategy to ensure it reflects the quality of service provided.

I cannot express enough how much I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay at Hotel Anmol Era. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome by Mr Sandeep at the front desk, who made us feel like VIP guests from the start. ...

Hotel is clean , staff is polite and proactive. Room service is also quick. Security gaurd here was very helpful, he suggested us the economical way to connect within city.

Staff are very polite in nature, They have wifi, lift & only room service (don't have restaurant) but you can't imagine about food, very nice/excellent food, taste/preparation/presentation is like 3 to 5 star hotel. They have 24hrs hot water. Laundry service also available. Nearby market. 1.5km distance from Jabalpur Railway Station.

Room was clean also washroom. Person present at the Reception was very politeand helpful. I recommend this hotel as i had a very good day. Food is also good here. Whenever i ll come to jabalpur i ll make sure that i stay here only. Best hotel.

Airtel DTH Set top box not working. I reported but doesn't know how to replace the set top box from another room. Which person who working here as a Room staff not educated and using panparag very bad smell from his body.

The experience was not so good..details as follows: 1) I have already called before my stay that we do have early checkin around 6am and we agreed to pay 500 rps as early check in charges, however when we reached to the hotel the security denied to enter the hotel and he mentioned there was no rooms available..he doesn't even bother to ask where we already have a reservation or not..the welcoming was so embarassing. 2) While enter the room it was so smelly and lots of mosquitoes are there.. however we mentioned the same thing to the same security and he instructed us there was no mosquitoes in the room as being we are just lied to him. 3) After checkin we went to the reception if we can get hot water or kettle to boil the water to have a tea and we have been waiting around half an hour as there was no person in the reception. Meanwhile we requested for a kettle to the same security and he informed us there was one kettle which got damaged by ay of their guests ,which is supposed not to be an excuse.Just imagine we went for family vacation and my mom and dad were there and we were so tired and they made us feel that no body doesn't even care.. 4) We booked a car from the hotel for side scene where they have charged 2000 just to show 5 places of jabalpur and driver was so terrible,his attitude seems like he was doing a fever to us...he did not even turned the ac before the way to return the hotel. 5) We have a booking from 17 to 18, however upon checkin qe mentioned that we would have leave on same day and we were asked multiple times when we will check out where out check out date is next day.. Moreover i will never recommend to anyone to stay to this hotel..I am also working at hotel(Hilton Dubai Jumeirah)and i have never see this kind of hospitality in professional life as well.. Pradip at reception was polite and courteous. Room was clean. Room service and food was good.
