Hotel Ajanta

Booking a room at this hotel was the worst experience of my life. The staff were extremely impolite and unprofessional, making inappropriate remarks and demanding additional charges despite my prior online booking. In particular, a receptionist named 'Suresh' was exceptionally rude and unpleasant. Even the mobile communication with Ravi Jaiswani, who claims to be the hotel manager, cannot be trusted. Online booking platforms list his contact number when booking this property, but his responses are unreliable and unhelpful. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was denied check-in late at night, leaving me stranded during midnight hours.

28-11-23 Good and clean rooms, 500/- for singles and 850/- for double bad stay. staff behavior is good. The washroom tap was broken that is only issue. ========================== 10, 11 - 12 -2024, staying second time today at same rate above and it is nice to stay here.
