I hd booked 2 rooms with Fab Hotel Suriya through Booking.com. Got the confirmation from both. Booking .com said to pay at the hotel. 2 days later got notification from Fabhotel to say unless we pay a deposit or full amount then our booking will not be reserved. Paid the full amount. Few days later got notified that Fabhotel hd cancelled my booking. This is the first time ever this hs happened on online booking. If these kind of hotels are going to mess you about, then Fabhotel are not worth a looking into. I can understand if I didn't get a confirmation from both. But demanding payment then cancelling is definitely not good hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I made a reservation via booking.com which was free of charge to cancel. The hotel immediately asked for a deposit to be paid saying they would cancel if I didn't pay but they provided no means to accept an international credit card. They ignored my messages, instead asking again and again for payment. I found an alternate hotel and cancelled the FabHotel, which according to booking.com was free of charge. At this point they demanded a random amount be paid or else they would take the matter to court in Delhi - well good luck to extraditing me from UK for that! What a terrible terrible hotel and business this is and I wish I'd had nothing to do with them.
my friend had booked this hotel for two nights, and according to his experience, it was his worst time ever staying at a hotel. at first, he initially liked the property and its location. but gradually during his stay, he experienced discomfort in their services. it started with the issue of AC not working in proper condition, when he complained they only made excuses, and after several attempts, they agreed to change his room. but what followed next was horrifying. during the second night of his stay, a staff member breached his privacy as they used the master key to try enter into his room, my friend was not in a comfortable situation, but only laughed it off considering it a genuine mistake and didn't make a fudge out of it. but the next morning, when he was with his partner, the staff members tried to enter his room again for the second time. he stomped down to the reception asking what's wrong with the staff there. the front desk guy was least bothered to help him and provide him with any sort of help; only after a while he could get to talk to the manager there, who understood his dilemma, and was willing to provide monetary compensation. my friend thought to report this to the hotel owner as well; but that old man was so ridiculous that he rebuffed his shoulders, and refused to offer any sort of compensation, not even accepting his staff member's mistake genuinely and taking any sort of legal action against him. my friend has lodged his complaint in the consumer court, and hopes to get justice for the same. although, no amount of monetary compensation can cure the poor couple's emotional damage and the poor and harsh treatment they received. via this long review, we only want to the dark reality of this insensitive and money-minded tourism industry. such mistakes don't happen everyday, but such mistakes arent supposed to be ignored and let go casually. so beware of all such poor hotels. there aesthetics might seem attractive at first, but what follows next can be pretty ugly.

The hotel provided an impeccable experience with its elegant decor and friendly staff. The rooms were spotless, and the dining options exceeded our expectations, making it a perfect stay and affordable rates make it an excellent choice for budget travelers.
My wife stayed here for her business trip. Hotel is nice and clean with amenities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is also very cooperative. Good place to stay with comfort and safety. Thank you for making the stay comfortable.
