Capital O Hotel Kartik

I had a pleasant stay at Capital O Hotel Kartik, with excellent room service and attentive staff making the experience comfortable. The food provided in the room was a standout feature--convenient and delicious, adding a special touch to the stay. The amenities were good and met expectations, but the presence of mosquitoes was a drawback; carrying an anti-mosquito repellent is advisable during winter. Additionally, floor cleaning and bed sheet cleanliness could be further improved. The toilets and bathrooms, though somewhat old-fashioned in design, were clean and functional. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would consider staying here again, especially for the exceptional room service and food.

Dirtiest hotel rooms ever bed was stinking. You feel like you are sleeping in public toilet. Zero cleanliness, we requested them to change bedsheets they replaced with another set of dirty bedsheets. We had booked for 3 people they charged extra money and rolled a mattress on floor for 3rd person to sleep. Don't go with family or you'll be kicked out of your own family. Places feels shady only used by couples for private purpose.

Staff are reluctant to serve the guests We requested the bed sheet and blankets to bd be replaced We were told the staff is on the way .We had to wait for the staff Eventually the staff came after a long wait.he just handed over the cover to us, It is a sincere request to the owner to run the hotel accordingly so that we would be happy to share your service from you again. Other than this room charge is reasonable according to room size

We booked the hotel through OYO 9 hrs before, when we were at Kumbhamela. We drove all the way to Kumbhamela from Kochi, Kerala. When we reached at 11:40 PM at the hotel we were told that they don't have the room. This was our first experience of embezzlement. If you people don't have one to provide why the hell did you take it for booking? While we were returning to find rooms elsewhere, we found some people who were very warmly welcomed to the hotel by them! Shame on you people! Very bad experience!

Oyo did a fraud! Their executive asked me to pay in advance which I did, by ensuring that my parents will get checking at 8 AM in the morning but once they reached their they asked for extra money. Earlier their executive assured me multiple times that there won't be any extra payment but taking advantage of the time seems to be their policy. I talked to their executive later but of no use, finally I'd to pay the extra amount to avoid any trouble faced by my parents while checking. Worst experience ever!! Wow, what a response below! I needed to edit my review to add this. I tried to reach out again as said in the response from the owner but that too of no avail. Its useless as like OYO! I am filing a complaint against OYO for charging me extra as I have a call recording of the executive of OYO who assured me that there wont be any extra charge so ever. #OYO_Fraud

Had a good experience but was not clean properly and so much dust was there also bed sheets and cushions was not clean. Please improve cleanliness otherwise it's pretty good.

This is a nice hotel at a budget price. However you may need to negotiate prices. We got room for 1200 per night. Rooms were clean. The location is near Russel Chowk. Some markets and restaurants are nearby at walkable distance. It's also nearby Railway station and easy road access to Dhuandhaar waterfalls
