Food was good. But plates and cutlery was little uncleaned Washroom was also not so clean. Overall little unhygienic and service was little slow

Recently visited this establishment and had a mixed experience. The food was definitely a highlight - it was above average and I enjoyed the flavors and presentation. However, the washroom facilities were a major letdown. Unfortunately, they were not well-maintained and fell short of my expectations. Overall, I would give this place 3 stars. While the food was impressive, the poor state of the washrooms brought down my overall experience. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their facilities to match the quality of their food.

Great place to stay with family in the heart of the city. Staff is very helpful and the room service is also very quick. They have ample space for car park. I will definitely recommend this place.

A deluxe hotel room should have basic necessary facilities like hot water and a clean room. However, how would you feel upon entering a hotel room with damp walls, a commode without a hand spray, and water leaking from the bathroom ceiling?

Too small rooms with mosquitoes and cockroaches. Horrible experience. Booked through goibibo for imperial suite but gave me most basic room stating that guest didn't checkout. Offered me complimetary dinner instead.

worst experience... two times I visited this hotel but the night time duty receptionist is completely mannerless ... he doesn't even talk in manner.... and even responds to people badly while inquiring about room

Probably the worst service in the hotel, hotel staff acts like owner. They claim wifi, but actually wifi doesn't work all the time & hot water problem also, they are scamming. Don't waste your money here, honest review.

The food is served too late and services are pretty low as well.
