Marvelous room interior and fantastic food. The shef is extremely talented in preparing tasty food. Managers, Main Staffs or other supporting staffs are very humble and cooperative. Their hospitality makes anyone delighted to visit here again and again.||I personally enjoyed staying here and have fixed this hotel for every visit i make in future just because i have tried other hotels here in jabalpur but no one had facilities and warmth like this hotel. Definately 5 stars for this Hotel. One should not hesitate staying here, they will feel great for sure here

Very good hotel, staff very polite and supportive, food very tasty ,nice and in reasonable price, restaurant is also good, complementary breakfast available. My suggestion is instead of QR scanner for checking the food items, Menu book should be available in every room so that we can order foods conveniently. Parking available but bird dirt can be avoided also honeybee web should be cleared due to public area but no harm yo us. Overall very good experience and I want to come here again in my future visits.

I have booked this hotel for wedding. Myself and all our guests were fully satisfied with the delicious food, polite behaviour of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The polite and prompt manager and staff provided such good services as if it was their own wedding. There cannot be anything better than this in the hospitality industry.

We had a short wait before we boarded our train back. So we needed some place to change get fresh and have our dinner. The staff is polite, though most of the items in the menu were not available the food was very tasty and sumptuous. Location is great as it is 800m from jabalpur station.

Booked a Room to stay from 18.01.25 for my friend's wedding online and even read the terms & conditions which stated cancellation prior to 1 day would be fully refunded. Luckily I got a Hotel closer to the Venue and cancelled the booking on 15th Jan and even got the confirmation mail for the cancelled and that the amount would be fully refunded. It is now 15th Feb while writing this and no refund yet with multiple mails and when called the Hotel, the person straight-up said that They would NOT refund the amount since it was made online and they can't help at all.
