Zero rating 0/10 1.When I check-in hotel staff first action is pay 1000 on my (he's hotel staff) personal account no. Not on hotel official QR. 2.receptionist not me and my wife entry in register. 3.receptionist not showing Room he want first 1000/- again and again. 4.very bad atmosphere like ipl gambling people type. 5.not clean room, washroom, floor every thing is very dirty. 6.dustbin is very smelling with old samosa I say to please clean it but he didn't. 7.drinkinh water not provided when I demand again again they will provide. 8.unprofessional staff abhay and ramkishan nayak. 9.i was feeling I'm stay here without money this type of behavior of staff. Please don't stay here high charge service like a very poor cheap.

hottl nhiiN hai, bs sttaiNdd vaalaa loNj hai / suvidhaa koii nhiiN hai / bs kmraa hai / 1200 rs lia humse full day charge bol kr / It's a lodge. Not a hotel. Hotel manager is greedy. No amenities. Only room with attached washroom we got. 102 room no. Only positive is location as it is on the chauraha. And in front of ISBT. Negatives - 1. Only room charge we paid 1200 rs. 2. We checked in at 12 pm for 1 day and told him we have a 11 pm bus today. Our hus got delayed by 1 hour so we informed him that we will leave 1 hour late And he started calling us to leave the room now because he has given booking to someone else even if we paid for the full day price. 3. It's not for family. 4. No amenities. 5. Very small washroom.

Not worth, washroom was not even cleaned, everyone will get to know in the building if someone checking in at 2 am , too much noise they just create.

Not at all worthy, please don't spend this much amount of money on this filthy hotel. Atleast the bathroom and room should be clean, we requested bathroom to be cleaned again but still they did not clean it properly. Very bad experience staying here.

Service is good. Geyser facility is not up to the mark. Hotel should provide slippers for using bathrooms or toilets. Overall a good hotel. If you are willing to stay for next day competitive exams, I'll not recommend you to stay here bcoz it is the hotel full of noice. You can't study for a second in the rooms.

Worst hotel, Receptionist is such a fool, doesn't know how to talk, how to behave with coustomers... Charges are too high at sky level, condition of hotel is also worst, no room with attached bathroom... Dont even think of staying in this hotel.. Now i understand why rating is so low of this hotel .
