Hotel Blue Diamond

The hotel rooms are not clean. The reception staff doesn't respond. No hot water. Broken staircase steps.

I do not recommend this hotel as they are running a kind of scam. We booked room for 3 people on make my trip and paid online. Now "the hotel Blue diamond" provided us one double bed n then ask to adjust by suggesting to give a 6ft mattress on 4ft floor (approx area available in room). Both MakeMyTrip n hotel refused refund or any other accomodation. How can a 6ft person sleep on 4ft mattress. They were very scarcastic about whole situation. At the end they didn't cancel the booking n refused, refund as well. We had to stay in another hotel n pay again. Worse experience in a hotel, on site they have fake photos of rooms that's how I got tricked by hotel n seems like the site did the same thing.

Room, bedsheet & pillows were so dirty & smelly. Rude staff, they dont listen, they just keep playing their music in high volume at reception. No parking, no wifi available. Tv was good for nothing, it had no channels at all. I'll suggest owner to change their present staff they are good for nothing.

Overall nice stay. Staff behavior very good.

I have very poor experience for this hotel. Beddings are in teared condition, tv acts like show piece not a single channel work, no wifi as claimed, no parking place customer may park their vehicle on road without any safety, no hot water available, they play full volume music at reception even in late night around 1-2 AM and no person available at counter to complaint.

Worst service and lier staff. I would never visit this hotel again. Very untidy and casual approach by staff. Even you need to pic your luggage yrself.. They promised me a suit room as per my last booking through OYo but when reached there they did not provide the same room and asked more money. Overall i must say never never book this hotel

Stayed here for 2 Nights Pros: 1.Nice Place with basic amenities 2.Mostly Clean 3.Complimentary Breakfast (but fixed & limited items and no buffet system) 4.24 Hours Hot/Cold Water available in Bathroom Cons: 1.Drinking water isn't free (atleast 2 bottles a day should be complimentary) 2.Staff is very casual 3.Basic cleaning of rooms wasn't done after the previous guest left(a packet of tobacco was found along with old bills of previous guest) 4.We stayed in Room 103 and the door hachet was broken and congested.

No rooms provided as shown in pictures and staff of this hotel are so ignorant and had bad behaviour...
