The Nagendra Hotel & Restaurant

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was truly disappointing. The service was incredibly slow--took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and the food arrived cold. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, barely checking in on our table. To top it off, the prices were way too high for the quality of food we received. Definitely not worth the hype, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

The hotel is on the main road, near Labour Chowk. I visited the restaurant, and I loved the food. Although they have increased their prices a bit, they have still maintained the taste of their food. I ordered Chicken Rara and Mutton Rogan Josh and both of them were awesome.

The owner was very rude and tried to double charge for the stay, making me wait in the lobby. Because of this, I missed my train. She didn't even apologize, despite me pointing out that she was wrong. When she switched to English in the middle of the conversation, I gave her a fitting reply, and she stopped speaking.

The accommodation was good. I stayed for three days. The room and mattress were clean. No comments for food facilities because it was not tasted. Warm water facilities were not available in the room during my stay and they did not even fix the problem in 3 days. If you are charging so high for per night justify your class of service also. Show some professionalism to the customers.

Worst place to visit as stags and the service is also worst and they also made you to wait for a long long long time before the food reaches to your table. So, eventually I'll not recommend this place to anyone

Our recent family get-together at The Nagendra Hotel & Restaurant was excellent. The venue provided spacious and comfortable facilities with tasteful decorations. The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive and professional. Overall, a perfect choice for any family event!

The hotel is so big, keep staff accordingly who take orders, they are taking 20 for one order, papad takes 15 minutes, it does not take this much time in a 5 star hotel, whatever I ordered was given in a haphazard manner and was not even served, Mr.oner Hey, please pay a little attention, we have no interest in talking so much about your hotel, but we will pay you.

The rooms were okay but the receptionist is very rude and will start calling you again and again for leaving the room this has happened to me 2 times and i have even mentioned this to the owner but no change ...the food quality has also degraded ..
