Sukoon City View

Stayed in this property 4 nights. Room and linen was very clean. Staff behavior was good. But as soon as you check in they will demand room rent for the in advance. But are very reluctant to give receipt. As I repeatedly insisted for the receipt they gave it for two days. For last two days they did not give any receipt at the time of check out.I stayed so many hotels none has done like this. Either staff are taking the money in their pocket or on behalf of Owner they are not giving GST to State and Central Government. This is very bad.

This is a worst place one can stay. They cheat the customers very nicely. We booked the hotel and went near the location shared by the property front desk. One we reached the location they asked us to wait and we waited for 30 minutes and no one turned up and they were not picking the call and it was 2 at the night. Then they came and took us to a small road to a property which was built next to sewage drain and was very smelly. We told that this is not the property we booked, then they told that the property which we booked is over booked and they are offering here. As it was late night we accepted to stay. When we stepped into the room then we had a surprise that the room looked like an abandoned building with broken walls, water leakage all over, broken flooring, toilet had broken windows and the biggest surprise was there was no water and we had to vacate morning without bathing. The pillows had black fungus and the window glass was broken and we had to deal with mosquitos all night. I traveled with family and had a 3 year old kid and had to sit and hit the mosquito all night. They don't have a proper parking place. This is not an ideal place to stay.

Worst rooms, no lock to bath room Dirty buckets.. Commode.. Very old model lift... Narrow road, no parking place in front..

Overall experience was good , staff were polite And cost is reasonable
