This hotel cum restaurant complex is large and well decorated. There are bar also. All kind of marriage or social party gathering held here. Food is good. Ambience is also good. Need improvement in hospitality and process. I have not stayed here so I can't say more about rooms.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Toilets are worse than public urinal. Construction noise through out the day. Staff absolutely untrained and illiterate. The manager at the concierge is abnoxiously rude and knows nothing about customer service. My advise is that you avoid this place like a plague.

I am sharing my recent horrible experience. We booked hotel rooms, garden and hall for marriage and other functions like haldi and Sangeet. It went horrible in the end. In the reception day we came to know that our booked garden was changed without any prior information. We were charged for big garden and till 4 pm we were not informed about the change and we were informed by the decorator that we had been given smaller garden -I will request everyone to never book this place for anything. -Owner sudheer dutt is a cheater and conman. At the time of booking he will treat nicely but once you have paid money, he will show his real face. -He will demand full money. -He will never pick a call at the time of function, but he will talk to his manager for forcing us to pay money for extra plates. If any one is trying to book this place for any function, please do not book.

Sports Club Of Jabalpur. We visited this property in the month of November. Renovation Work was going on at that point of time and the Entire Premise was dusty. ||Though Check in Process was smooth and Room was big. ||Washroom needs cleanliness and needs to be maintained. They could have stopped taking a booking if property is under renovation. ||Disappointed

This review is only for the restaurants. The staff are in need of some training to understand how to interact with guests. Also here's a tip for the management - not everyone comes for alcohol. Please take care of such guests too and don't try to force them to sit at the bar.

One of the worst places, I have ever been to. Recently, I got a chance to attend a friend's wedding there and the place is a mess. Staff is rude, unsupportive and slothful. Food tastes terrible, the rooms are like a cheap guest house with leakage in bathroom, dirty sheets, old furniture, etc. I seriously do not understand why people still go there. Do not fall for some of the good reviews given, they might be incentivised reviews. I strongly recommend not to do any kind of booking there. The owner himself does not care about the property.

Good first impression. The starters we ordered, were a perfect blend of taste and composition. We have ordered chicken related cuisines you could try that. Our personal opinion is that we find fish costing to be on the higher side, so we didn't try that. The overall impression is good. Cheers!!!
