Sai Krishna Resort Garden

I stayed at Sai Sudarshan for two days during a friend's wedding and had a great experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and while the ground-floor rooms are a bit small, the upper-floor rooms are much more spacious and comfortable. Rooms are not enough approx 50 rooms. The swimming pool is decent, considering the overall resort size. The food was amazing, and the banquet halls were well-arranged, making it a great venue for weddings and gatherings. Overall, a good stay with great food and a comfortable ambiance!

Sai Krishna Resort Garden is basically a destination types wedding location on outskirts of Itarsi . Its not really a resort its a decent place for all the functions related to marriage or any other big event . It has multiple lawns , halls , open side areas , pool side space which can be utilised in all the functions . It has a in house restaurant & 40-50 rooms for hosting and entire baaraat . Rooms are very spacious and had a big washrooms . Parking is ample can park multiple vehicles at the same time . Overall it is very good location for doing marriages and any other event . However there is ample scope for improvement in the infrastructure & services to make it a top class hotel or resort . It has a good swimming pool but it is not at a private place thats why it can only be used as function space and not swimming . Hotel staff is very good and helping with everyone on toe for the services . Note - Outside resort is not a very good place it has heavy traffic and trucks parking area . Its more of a industrial type of area no shops no eating venture and away from main city . However it hardly matters as itarsi is a small town .

Very bad hotel rooms are dirty services are not good and recpetionist is not giving us what we are asked to do. We went in swimming pool they kicked us out and asked for money 3000 per person and said someone booked it but not one did . Bedsheet is ripped and everywhere there tobacco (vimal) everything is dirty there is no soap in washroom no dustbun no water and very dirty mirror . Ac is very dirty and sparys very hot air . And they are very rude and very selfish and not taking care of customers. I can say a lot of bad stuff about this bad hotel . Serious improve yourself . 1 star for this bad hotel

Have attended a marriage here, nothing is maintained, very poor place, highly unhygienic. You will find broken glass pieces, thrones spread across floors, even in the rooms. Rooms had big size spiders roaming around. There was no service available at all, and on taking your car near to the room is also not allowed, how the hell we should take luggage to the room in this case. Overall a pathetic experience.

No cooperation from hotel staff on changing rooms. They just said we can't help but adjust to another floor. I was staying with my old aged mother and sister in law with an infant, yet they didn't care amd onle caused trouble for my stay. Poor service.

The resort was pretty decent. I attended a wedding and it was awesome. Honestly it's the wedding planner and not resort as many room had multiple issues tho they tried to solve it as early as they could but why not check it In advance.

Great location and big property to accommodate a large number of guests. Rooms are alright, need an upgrade. The restaurant is vegetarian, which limits options for others. The AC hall with the veranda adjacent to it needs an immediate upgrade. Panels are falling apart. Saw rats running around, hygiene comes into question.
