The food is not at all good , I ordered chicken manchow soup and got some tangy flavoured soup and the chef and restaurant staff are not experienced with the food taste and texture .

One star rating because of service provided. Food was good but kind of different as we've ordered for. I request you to mention the closing hours as people visit to have good food calmly not with the dish which you have manipulated because of your staff is rushing for your closing hours. If there is so, KINDLY MENTION IT AT YOUR DOORS, because we've paid full amount of food which we haven't even order for. Very disappointed with the service provided.

Booked thru Make My Trip, Stayed for 2 days on business trip, near to Itarsi railway station walkable distance, well maintained rooms,

This room is only for rent, the rest is useless for food and water, they directly charge GST on water, soft drinks from the max print rate..

We order sprite worth 20 and they charge 35. They are robbing customer and as explanation they mentioned they added extra 15 as GST on 20MRP sprite. And adding cgst and sgst seperatly For me it's waste of money, as no one want to pay just double on beverage

Room is ok. Service is good but they don't have proper housekeeping team They told us that they only clean washroom in morning. They don't have parking in their own premises. Staff behaviour is very good.

Hotel is good clean, polite staff, near to railway station, From front room, view of ATAL garden feels cool. No hangers in room. Morning tea not served before 8.00 AM.
