Very very basic guest with no facilities Dirty rooms : even no one care to clean. even after several complaints did not cleaned the room The bathroom is very smelling I know price is very low but still they have to provide some basic cleaning Only plus point is that it is very near to the railway station

One of the worst hotel I stayed ever throughout india.. only one advantage is,it is located very near to station and beds were like not used for longer months.. bedsheets were pale yellow in colour, which were washed years back i guess. Room space is very small.for that place, prices are reasonable.. if you are looking for rooms.. please opt to other hotels.

Staff behaviour is excellent

The room service is not good. Though they have a bell system which is annoyingly loud. One has to go to the reception to call a person. Their telephones in the room are covered dust. The bathrooms had spider nets all over, the glass was broken which let the cold air pass through. The sunlight in the bathroom was good in the mornings. The included breakfast will get you a methi aalo paratha. The drinking water tastes weird. Seems their NASAKA system has not been serviced for quite a while. Don't expect any safety measure for COVID-19. If you want entertainment, then, ask them to change the tv. The room was spacious. Overall, if you have patience and tolerance and do all the work without depending on other person, then, it's a great place for you.

Best place to stay, don't know breakfast is free or what, but staff and rates are very good , only car parking problem , but hotel staff suggested to place my car at station parking which is slight horrible. Hotel staff behavior is awesome , rooms are very clean and good , Hotel situated in middle of the market you need not to take any any transportation to ho any where.

It's was very excellence experience to visit this hotel. Service was very good Room is well and good at this low price

Services are fast and perfect. breakfast is on 8:00, including one aalu paratha with curd and tea. 100 mtr from bus and railway station.

Best budget hotel for travellers and business people in Itarasi. Walking distance from railway station. Rooms are cheap, small.and neat. Breakfast is free.
