Staff behavior is not comfortable.. Cleaning in properly.. Room me n hone per without permission ander chale jate hai... Uncomfortable zone... Plz chage this behavior

Let's start with the good points. The room wasn't filthy but had not been thoroughly cleaned; the bedsheet was no more stained than I expected and only had one small hole in it.|However, the hotel did not seem to be aware of my booking and it's description online bares no relationship to reality. There was no WiFi, no maid service and no garden that I could find.|But that was not the worst. The incompetent receptionist invented information to put on Form C, which must be completed by the hotel for all foreign guests. Despite having written my address in capital letters for him, he still managed to turn "THE NETHERLANDS" into "NORTHERN IRELAND" and worse still although my passport says "British Citizen", he filled in "British Overseas Citizen". It was thus perfectly understandable that I found two policemen waiting for me when I returned to the hotel in the evening looking for an explanation.|And to add insult to injury the same receptionist overcharged me. My booking was for Rs 6160, including all taxes but he charged me 7000 and tried, unsuccessfully, to add 12.5% to that as well.|My advice - stay well clear!

Me and my friend had a great experience while our stay at this place ,behaviour of staff was very good and food was also very delicious and quality of food was very well maintained overall it was an awesome experience

Good place to stay with good support staff. One can go here and have few drinks at the basement Bar and enjoy the place. The owner of the hotel is also very cooperative as you will find him assisting if you in need of any help.
