Ordered veg thali through IRCTC Food rail app. Food is delivered to my seat as soon as train arrived Itarsi station Food is neatly packed and cutlery, Tissue paper, Salt and mouth freshner are also provided with lunch parcel. Coming to the taste it's good but can be improved for the prices they are charging

They serve us normal roti, we have ordered butter roti, overall taste is good.

Ordered through IRTC app Delicious food with reasonable price and was delivered to our seat by time.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not ready when we arrived, and the cleanliness was appalling. The bed sheets were used and not changed, and when I asked for fresh linens, the staff argued with me instead of addressing the issue. Room service was incredibly poor as well. I will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Ordered food from irctc ecatering to be delivered at Itarsi juction. Arrived on time. Chapathi was really nice and soft with paneer dish. Paratha good. 1 tissue, 2salt, 2 mouth fresher with wooden spoons given. Note..Oil spilled in the cover. .

Awesome restaurant. Ordered their food via IRCTC catering in our train journey. Very nice food at Itarsi station.

Ordered a Jain thali on train, well packed and delivered at my seat with 2 tissue papers, 2 spoons, 2 mouth fresheners and salt & pepper. Taste good. Less spicy and less oily. Price 200 all inclusive. Worth buying. Highly recommended.

Ordered food in train .taste wise good. Just lil unsatisfied with packaging.. dal and panner got mixed up . Thats why giving 4*. I am sure they will do better next time. Looking forward for giving 5 star next time
