Express 11 Hotel & Banquets

We came here all the way from hoshangabad to have a good lunch but have bad experience. Mix veg and paneer had excess salt and roti were too crispy almost burnt. When we complained they have changed but served little quantity that too without gravy.

Had a very relaxing experience in this property after a long exhaustive day. Was a bit worried whether I'll get a decent hotel at night in Itarsi but this Hotel really stood beyond my expectations. Breakfast was okay okay, rest everything is perfect.

Had an amazing stay at Express 11! The rooms were super clean, spacious, and really comfortable, making it a great place to relax. But what truly stood out was the top-notch service--everyone was so welcoming and attentive. A big shoutout to Anwar Sir (RDM) for ensuring everything was smooth and hassle-free, and to Nilendra Sir (F&B Manager) for the incredible food. Every meal was delicious, and the variety was impressive! From check-in to check-out, the experience was fantastic. If you're looking for a place with great hospitality, excellent food, and a comfortable stay, this is definitely it. Highly recommended!

Room quality, cleanliness as well as the room service was super awesome. I booked all rooms of the hotel for my wedding and non of my guest faced any kind of problem. Staff as well as the management team was well organised and always ready to assist.

It is arguably the best Hotel in Itarsi. The restaurant has continental food's option and Rooms are well maintained. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Ambience - This is a beautiful hotel. I was stunned to see such a well-maintained place in Itarsi. Food - Avoid ordering sizzlers here as they don't know how to make them and they used spoilt veggies which caused stomach ache the next day. Parking - Ample parking is available. Staff - Decent staff.

Very well maintained and spacious rooms, with big glass for all the natural light to flow in. Good food and great service. The only challenge is the location, yet as it caters mostly to the wedding receptions, OK.
