Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Worth Your Time or Money I stayed at this resort in Tulum recently on April 16th. I honestly don't understand how this place has received so many positive reviews. It was based on those reviews that I decided to book my stay here--but it turned out to be a complete waste of both time and money. As soon as we entered our room, we noticed the air conditioner wasn't working. We reported it to the staff, and they moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the AC in the new room wasn't cooling either and was making a loud noise (I'm attaching an image here for reference). We complained again, and they shifted us to a third room--but even in that one, the air conditioner still didn't work. When we raised the issue again, the staff told us it would start cooling in a little while. However, from 3 PM to 8 PM, nothing changed--the AC never cooled the room. Now, let's talk about the staff. While they do listen to your complaints, they usually end up refusing any requests. For example, drinks are only served in water glasses, and if you're visiting for a special occasion, don't expect any table decoration--they won't do it. The air conditioner never worked properly until we checked out, so if you're planning to visit during the warmer months, I'd strongly advise against it. Even during weekdays, the service is subpar--probably because of lower occupancy. But that's no excuse for the lack of basic amenities.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this property. I visited with my family to celebrate a special occasion and had requested some basic decorations or a special table setup--but they had nothing to offer. Since I had booked a resort stay, I requested the staff to switch on the AC in advance, especially given the 42-degree temperature, so the room would be comfortable upon arrival. Unfortunately, the room was extremely hot when we checked in, and the AC was not only ineffective but also made a lot of noise. While the food quality was good, the service and arrangements were lacking, especially on weekdays. I requested a poolside dinner, and although they eventually arranged it, the lighting was very poor. Some lights weren't working, and only after repeated complaints did an electrician arrive--by which time our dinner was already over. Overall, I do not recommend this property

Awesome experience, from the serene ambiance to the attentive staff and delicious food, leaving a lasting impression. Till date v have done n no.of parties here and are highly satisfied. The ppl who had gone after our reference are also highly satisfied Everything was more than perfect.

We happen to stay for our leisure trip to Indore with family, kids and friends. We heard about the new property, and we got attracted towards it. And Tulum, didn't even disappointed us even for a second. Service, food, the positive vibes and the aura is so mesmerising, that even our kids had an amazing time. Our trip was so relaxing just coz of Tulum Owner and staff. Thanks for everything. 100% a must stay property. Definitely recommended.

We hosted TiE MP's Annual General Meeting & Family Get-Together at Tulum Resort yesterday, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! -Amazing arrangements for both the meeting and the party. -Delicious food that everyone loved. -Helpful and well-organized staff ensuring a seamless experience. -Beautiful property with a great ambiance. -Our event was a super hit, and our members had a wonderful time! A big thank you to Ajay, General Manager of Tulum Resort, for the fantastic arrangements and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for corporate and family gatherings!

There were no proper management. Resorts are meant to be for relaxation instead Djs were playing in the middle of the dinner time. It offers only a private cottage as the resort area is very small. Jacuzzi and water management was not proper as well.

One of the best staycation in Indore. Tulum has very happy vibe, The staff is very cooperative and rooms are very spacious. Tulum is also very family friendly with saperate pool for kids and a big playground. A must place to visit to take out your stress.
