Treebo Cherry Tree

Very very old hotel. The toilets and the rooms need to be renovated. The restaurant is non operational and hardly has anything for breakfast. The location is very good as its near to chappan dukan. Staff is very well behaved and good.

Disappointing stay at this hotel! Initially, it seemed okay, but we soon discovered a RAT in our room! It emerged from a hidden hole in the furniture. We called hotel service twice, but they took 15 minutes to arrive. They denied room change as well. Rooms lacked sunlight, and bathrooms were just okay/below average. Also we've ordered veg cheese sandwich and got without cheese sandwich. When we complained they told they didn't have cheese. Also there was only tomato and cucumber inside. Not worth the price at all. What a Disappointment!!! Breakfast was a letdown - cold Puri bhaji, upma and bread butter with Limited beverage like tea or coffee. Doesn't recommend this place as better options available nearby.

Old worn-down property. Toilets are not that clean. Interiors are very old. The restaurent doesn't work and has almost no breakfast, they had just Paratha, corn flakes, and pizza.

Spacious rooms,well maintained, convenient location...near 56 Dukan...market.No restaurant but they arrange breakfast.Good service.

I stayed at Cherry tree Indore hote during the period 2 nd nov 24 to 5 th nov 24. We faced following issues. 1. Toilet flush botton needs heavy push to make it work. Even adults face difficulty to push it , please think about children 2. No hangers in the room to keep the clothes. 3. Condition of tap in the restaurent is very poor. 4. Heavy glasses kept on the tables ( tea table and side table ). They are not fixed properly. It is safety issue. It happened with us. Side table glass fell down and broke in to 2 pieces. Fortunately none of us get hurt. It was near miss accident. 5. Bad thing is, instead of taking safety measures post this issue hotel manager took 300 rupees for that broken glass. It is very ridiculous. First of all he should think that why the glass fell down and broken. The glass was not fixed properly. Instead of asking sorry to us, hotel manager took 300 rupees. Please think the about hotel manager's thinking level. Hotel manager was very arrogant and only wants money. 6. Also the table glass on which they keep coffee , tea, sugar packets and kettle was not fixed. Some day it may also fell. In my room, the kettle lid was in broken condition. My kind request is that, please take actions on safety related issues at least. I will not ask my 300 rupees back but atleast if you take some corrective actions for such issues it will be great favour for me. Thanks, Vijaykumar Mathad

I personally loved the room, facilities, breakfast and staff services thankyou so much for the amazing services I had my best experience at treebo cherry tree.

One star is for the staff because even though they are lazy they do their job. I would not recommend this place for following reasons. 1. Safety issue - glass was not placed properly on the table. I just placed a hand and glass fell down. I could have been hurt but they did not care about it but charged Rs 300 for it. 2. Cleanliness - property is not clean and poor infrastructure. Lift was smelly, AC ducts filled with dust, window panes were stained. Bathroom doors had holes near the handle. No dusting of furniture. Sofa kept in reception was vacuumed god knows when 3. Flush was hard to use, sink was not clean, AC was not working. Kettle was broken, no hangers in cupboard. Most of power sockets were not working. We booked the rooms due to Treebo brand name but we were very disappointed.
