The Havelock Hotel

It was a very bad experience staying in this hotel. It was not clean, staff was also not well trained. I was totally disappointed when i checked in the hotel after a very long and tiring journey thinking that will have rest and peace in the hotel, I was with my husband and my daughters, the room was horrible it was not properly cleaned washroom was not sanitized properly and there were damp walls in the room, I booked the room in thehotel through make my trip and I complaint to them and asked to change my hotel but they didn't help at all and we had to stay in that hotel for four days. I am adding few pictures of room and kitchen and dining area too.

Hotel management staff is very third class people , they not give what we booked, i had book family room even they send me family room video on my whatsapp, but when I go to hotel they give me a standard room in which they gave us one extra bed,i have asked about this but their answer is not satisfied to me , very irresponsible persons. Everyday room cleaning is not there. Their restaurant food quality was very very poor ,and quantity also very less. My humble request to hotel owner please look your current hotel staff what they did .

We checked in for a suite room and the hotel looked good in photos of MMT and we were excited to relax. But the room was nothing like the photos, not even done housekeeping properly the bathroom looked unclean and unhygienic same for bed linen, sofa and carpet. It was so bad, we had to get a refund and check-out. The staff also was without uniform and not professional looking.

Room service and people are friendly and cooperative but the there are many corns as below: 1. There is no parking for any vehicle. 2. The rooms are not as promised as in picture it's just a working version of some of the features. 3. Bathroom tab and shower and commode seats are broken. 4. Rooms are very small. 5. There is window for room but when you open either you get kitchen basin view or bad view. and get Foul smell in room. 6. bathroom locks are broken. and they are charging for this 3k which is unsatisfied.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This was, hands down, the most pathetic experience I've ever had. The rooms were filthy beyond belief--no clean bedsheets, dirty mattresses, and to top it all off, there were rats in the room! What made it even worse was the attitude of the manager and the owners. Instead of addressing our complaints, they were defensive, rude, and seemed more interested in arguing than solving problems. They clearly have no regard for customer feedback or basic hospitality standards. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It's a nightmare you don't want to live through.

This was the worst experience ever. Worst food, worst room service, unclean rooms and nothing like the pictures they provide on the interest. save your money,also the food was very bad. It was like a whole bottle of oil was put into the veggies. All they do is charge high money and provide services like a 3rd class hotel. Total regret.

Firstly the behaviour of Staff is welcoming and cooperative. They help you like anything. Food quality is superb and overall very good Hotel.

The rooms, service, and food is nice here in "The Havelock hotel, Indore". It is located in very good area of Vijay Nagar, Indore. The staff is nice and helpful. It was a nice stay and we are looking forward to book this hotel in future as well.
