I had an absolutely terrible stay at The Grand Shaurya. The biggest issue? Bed bugs. They were everywhere, and no matter what I did, I couldn't get a moment of proper sleep. I woke up itching and found bites all over my body. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that calls itself "Grand." The room itself looked decent at first glance, but once I realized what I was dealing with, everything else became irrelevant. Cleanliness clearly isn't a priority here. The staff didn't seem too concerned when I reported the issue either. If you value your sleep and your health, stay far away from this place. Until they fix their hygiene issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a 2-day stay in December 2025. Price is affordable. Rooms are bit small yet clean. Staff are little rude especially Sonia at reception , when you complain for the loud music till 12 midnight . Food is average , they serve the breakfast at the club area. Only wonder point is Location. Hopefully , the hotel Owner deals with the Issue mentioned , it will serve customers well.

Hotel Is Newly Build Just 4-5 Years Before And Value For Money. Breakfast Was Good And Room Is Best For 02 People This Hotel Has 02 Bar Section One With Pub Like Feel And Other Is RoofTop

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Checked in around 9 PM, and the male receptionist was rude and unprofessional. He stared inappropriately at female guests, making it uncomfortable. Management lacks professionalism. Would not recommend!

They wouldn't let me stay because I'm European, and they don't accept non-Indian guests. I couldn't believe it. The girl simply told me to find another hotel.

Ambiance is good Staff is good Hotel is near and connectivity is good for transport Good place, not recommended for family because pub and bar live till 11:30 .
