The Benchmark Hotel

Services are good. Room was clean. Room Interior could have been better a bit. Hotel is perfectly fine and have all the required amenities. Location is perfect nearby to all the major places. Seems to be good for stay. Can come back later too.

Worst service I have ever seen. No hand wash in washrooms. Higher price even if you visit offline, plus a very funny thing they said they don't allow any delivery person inside hotel which is good but then they want us to come to reception and collect order. How silly is this. Not professional staff.

Fantastic hotel! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and exceptional service. Staff were warm and welcoming. Will highly recommend 10/10!

Very bad services The receptionist gave the bill of the food ordered from the hotel with extra charges but it was my luck that I noted it down so instead of charging 1200 they were charging 2400. Also I was not informed that if we need bill of the room they charge 12% for the invoice they only told me that the bill will be sent to the phone number. This was surprising for me as it was never like this whenever I have stayed in any hotel Ridiculous services

I recently stayed at Hotel Benchmark for one night, and my experience left much to be desired. Location: The hotel's location is not ideal, lacking easy access to nearby attractions or public transportation. Check-in Experience: The owner was initially polite during check-in, but his demeanor turned arrogant later on. Room Conditions:The rooms lacked ventilation, making the atmosphere stuffy, and the washrooms were disappointingly filthy. Amenities:Surprisingly, they charge extra for basic amenities like plates, spoons, and even water bottles. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room, which is a standard expectation. Service:The absence of staff for luggage handling was notable, reflecting a lack of attention to customer service. Overall Impression: Hotel Benchmark seems tailored for short-term stays, especially for couples. However, for overnight stays, I would recommend avoiding it. Final Thoughts:If you're considering a short stay of around six hours, it might suffice. However, for a comfortable overnight experience, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Fake rating & reviews....! I booked this hotel on Oyo app at around 1300rs, 2 days prior I received called from the hotel a guy asking 300rs more said he will provide me a better room I denied. Thn some other guy called from the hotel and said they don't have any room anymore. Guy asking me to cancel the booking because I will give them bad rating . Simple is that their reviews and ratings are fake ...! keeping their reviews rating high for the higher price

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Benchmark Hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze

Overall a great stay at the hotel and the food that was ordered was amazing
