The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. I loved the downtown location and atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. I would definitely stay there again

Worst thing of the hotel is very rude reception staff. Not at all professionally trained, don't even know how to interact and behave with the clients. Room(No. 201) size was much smaller than mentioned at the website. Before booking they promised lot of things including Buffet Breakfast that was suppose to include 5+ items , but on the ground no buffet at all only 1 or 2 items like poha, parantha & maida bhatura that too on demand. No TV recharge for days of stay, bed sheets in torned state. In nutshell , one may stay here too if has no other options but I shall not stay here in future.

you are staying overnight and booking the breakfast for next morning before leaving then please ensure that you leave after 08:00 a.m. because breakfast starts from 08:00 a.m. only.
