Playotel Inn, Scheme 114, Indore

A decent hotel for short stay. The hotel is well maintained, the property was hygienic and cleanliness was taken care of properly. However, ameneties which was mentioned during the booking time was not provided by the hotel, which is a negative thing. Also, staff was not able to properly understand the communication when I request to get things from them. Overall the hotel was good but service was not upto the mark.

The staff at this hotel were truly outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Special thanks to Front Desk Staff who went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and provided us with incredibly helpful recommendations for local attractions Staff is very helpful and well groomed

Govind & Pavan service for breakfast is too good. Rooms are good, room service might be better as we have to ask for service every time. but toilets are bit smaller and toilets useable may be still better. We stayed 3 Days in place with family. Over all good experience

The gays Govind , nikhil and poonam was extremely good and kind person for service of all things. Hotel staff is very polite. Over all services is very awesome. Budget hotel and experience is very nice. Food was also good and service nicely. Thanks a lot

The hotel is conveniently located, very courteous staff, at the front desk, restaurants and room service all were very good. Very happy with the stay @ playotel inn. Would like to place on record few people who made a difference. Shiv are have a good behavior with guest.

Rooms are too small for two persons or family with children. Very limited space in the room after the bed. As well place to keep luggage in the room is a bit challenging. Toilet too is very small. But their restaurant at top floor is very nice, equally the foods are tasty. Nice arrangement of foods. Stuffs are very much helpful.

I do not recommend this hotel for families. Located in narrow lane of a remote colony in Indore. You do not get any vehicle near and around the hotel for commuting. Rooms are like match boxes small and compact. I feel all positive reviews are paid reviews and scripted by the management. Found cockroaches in the room. Overall hotel is not recommended.

We r staying twice in this hotel very good staff behaviour and service facility thanks specifically Mr govind brekfast facility is also available so it's very essential in the morning it showing care of customer very funtastic breakfast facility and room cleaning
