This visit to Lemon Tree Indore was absolutely amazing. I am having a very comfortable time. I want to specially shout out to Mr. Ashok Goswami - he was such a strong support for me during me stay as I was struggling with a shipment delivery to the hotel site and t was a very important document. He came forward and constantly helped me to finally receiving this document safely. I really want to thank Mr. Ashok and grateful for his constant support. In addition, the food and meals were also very tasty supported by Ashok as well as Devraj - The rooms were also massive and very comfortable. I am very satisficed and would highly recommend others to stay at Lemon Tree @Indore. All The Best..

Lemon tree is a hidden gem! The location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel's own restaurant serves amazing food. |The staff were friendly specially Miss Neha from restaurant , it's kids friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location and fantastic food. It's definitely worth a stay!"

Firstly room is very spacious and everything is very organised. But if I don't give feed back on team constantly working woth attitude and passion to serve the best to each of the guest .|Mr Lakxman and team is specialised to deal with any circumstances with their behaviour and service's. ||They never made me feel that I am way from my home through their variants menus on foods even it is at 23:00 hrs at night , Lakxman and team is laughing and serving with the same enthusiasm.||Keep up the good job as ever to rise the name of Lemon Tree hotel in Indore .

I wanted to take a moment to share a recent experience that truly stood out--my stay at the Lemon Tree hotel near the airport till 14th April . From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, and one individual in particular made the visit memorable: Mr. Laxman from the restaurant team.||His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality elevated my stay. The room itself was immaculate and thoughtfully arranged, with amenities that made travel feel effortless. And with the hotel's proximity to the airport, it couldn't have been more convenient.||I believe experiences like these deserve to be acknowledged and shared, especially when they reflect the kind of dedication and care that sets hospitality apart. Very poor room service- have to call multiple times for almost everything -be it iron request, asking for slippers, luggage shifting etc. everyone seems super busy even when the hotel is not even fully occupied. Day 1 - air conditioning was not working throughout the night and again when asked to change the blanket and provide cotton sheets, again we've to request multiple times. Staff initially bought only 1 sheet after 30 mins and again it took him 10 mins to be provided with another sheet and all these are happening at 11.30 pm. Day - 2 - hot water issue in the washroom- no hot water available for taking shower and getting ready. You end up dealing with the hotel staff for every issue rather than spending your time here in Indore .

The Head Chef, Mr. Ashok, went above and beyond to ensure every meal matched our Delhi-style palate perfectly. He thoughtfully curated each dish and even treated us to his signature specials--which were nothing short of exceptional. What made the experience even more special was his humble and welcoming nature. Always smiling, he patiently encouraged us to try new dishes and made sure we felt right at home. A truly kind soul and a culinary genius--highly recommended!

The Good: * A special mention to Rupesh from the F&B Breakfast team. His service was warm, attentive, and made our breakfast experience truly delightful. He deserves full credit for representing Lemon Tree's hospitality at its best. * We had booked two Executive Suites, and both rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. * Carts requested were arranged promptly, showing good coordination by the staff. * The hotel seems to have a sustainability approach, including recycling water, which is commendable. * Reception formalities were quick and efficient, allowing us to check in without unnecessary delays. * The location is a big plus--right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for commuting and exploring. * The gym was a useful and well-maintained addition. * Breakfast options were decent and satisfying. The Bad: * The Wi-Fi was down the entire day, and what was worse--it was not informed to us at check-in. We discovered it only after getting to our rooms and had to call the reception ourselves to find out. For a brand like Lemon Tree, this lack of communication was quite disappointing. * Cleanliness in the Executive Suite was below expectations. While the bed and linen were clean, areas like the balcony, working space, drawer interiors, room corners, and behind the TV were dusty and not up to the mark. This attention to detail is crucial for executive-level accommodation. * The locker in the room was old and not functional, which was inconvenient as we couldn't store our valuables securely. * Overall, the hotel seems to be aging poorly--the walls, furniture, electronics, and even some fixtures clearly need a major upgrade. A renovation is long overdue.

Very poor service regarding pick up and drop. Informed 2 hrs prior for drop. Still it was not arranged and in fact driver supervisor told to wait for another half n hour for pick up.Very Pathetic..Happened second time. Don't rely on them especially if you have scheduled meetings/flight . Apart from this housekeeping staff Sharmila was quick and efficient while Restaurant staffs all were cooperative.
