Highly Recommended for a Hassle-Free Stay in Indore! We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vrindawan Palace, Indore, for two nights. The hotel generously upgraded our rooms from standard to deluxe at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was good, with 2-3 options available, and the restaurant food was also enjoyable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

I stayed there for one night in a 3 bedded room. The rooms are clean and have plenty of space. They have a kettle to boil water and tea, the washrooms are clean with geysers. The staff is really supportive and prompt in helping. I even asked them to provide breakfast and pack it up in my tiffin, they made that exception. The food was really tasty. I'd recommend staying here. It is worth every penny.

Very rude staff. If you have any self respect, do not book your stay here. I booked for my parents who are senior citizens. They were asked to check out earlier than what we booked for. The calling number on Google is of hotel reception & everytime you call some new person picks the call & has no idea of your previous booking. They commit over whatsapp & ask you who did the booking & agreed the timings. They shout at you & give you wrong & misleading information everytime. Pathetic people who are managing this hotel. Hope your business goes down very soon.

The staff is excellent and helpful. Prompt service available. The rooms were not up to my cleanliness level but once I told the staff they cleaned our room quickly. The hotel is easily accessible. Staff service is honestly very quick and sweet. Had a good stay here!!

I visited with my wife in Nov 2024. Our overall experience was not really good and we didn't find value for money for the rate they were charging. Hotel really needs to give good hospitality to their customers and also they need a proper interior person to renovate all the rooms etc. from inside. from outside the building looks very good however inside the rooms were not very great. We didn't get hot water for bath in such winters inspite of repeated follow ups and wasted 1.5 hour and had to adjust with lukewarm water. Person on the reception desk needs to improve his behaviour, other staffs were good. breakfast which they served was on 4th floor which is their terrace. Its not worth to have cold food with such cool winds on terrace. They should find some place on ground floor or serve in the rooms. Overall we found the rate very high considering the location and the services, room interiors etc.

The service quality was low, and the food did not meet even basic expectations. Additionally, the accommodation was below standard, making my stay uncomfortable. I would advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice, whether booking individually or through a travel agency. There are likely better options available in Indore that can provide a more enjoyable experience. It's important to be aware of these issues before making a reservation. Safe travels!

Great hotel to stay, Location is close to all important locations in Indore. 10 min away to street food markets. Parking is spacious and safe. Staff is very friendly and respectful.
