HOTEL VILAASITAA

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Vilaasitaa! The service was exceptional, and I would rate it 5 stars without a doubt. The staff was extremely supportive, available 24/7 at the front desk, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were top-notch, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel provides all the amenities you'd expect from a high-quality establishment, and everything was well-maintained. I truly appreciate the attentive service, making my visit to Indore a memorable one. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city!

Not good experience won't recommend. I had hopes based on photos and reviews. The room was not clean even dustbin was not available in the room. Washroom was very small Hotel Vilaasitaa is average. Definity not good as per the price. The staff was uninterested and unhelpful. For us breakfast was included for 2 people but they served breakfast only for 1 also the quality of food was not good. Being in indore it was the worst poha and chai ever also they served only plain paratha. No sabji, no pickle nothing

Definitely not a family hotel. People were drinking and smoking in the corridors and inside the rooms with the doors open. Service was not at par. We decided to checkout early without having complimentary breakfast.

Its a new property so it looks good in the beginning.. the bathrooms are extremely small.. like no place to actually take a bath!! have no exhaust..and the rooms are smaller than what the pictures show.. no soap in the bathrooms.. is kinda weird to stay here!! We had an unpleasant stay..

This is an ideal Hotel in Indore City, Madhya Pradesh for residential purpose. Behaviour of staffs are very nice, Complimentary Breakfast is also available in this Hotel. Restaurant service of this Hotel is also very nice, all types of foods are available here & Tea & Coffee is also available of good quality with very good taste. I will highly recommend you to visit once this Hotel.

In bathroom many basic amenities were absent like soap and toothbrush stand Hotel only focus is to get money faster from customer . Bathroom sizes were also very small needed improvement in basic services

This is an honest review of Vilaasitaa hotel. I had booked 2 rooms here, for 3 nights in the 1st week of December after reading the positive reviews. But I was disappointed when we checked in and actually saw the rooms. The room as such was clean, but the facilities available were very basic. There were no tables, just a chair. A small wardrobe was there, but couldn't hang clothes as there was no bar. And the bathrooms were exceptionally small! A very small sink, small geyser - it was like a bathroom built for liliputs. Let me highlight the good things as well. All the staff were friendly and co-operative. Food was good (dinner and breakfast). Service was good overall. Also, the food was served in room. There was no place to sit in the restaurant. And eating in the room was uncomfortable as there were not enough chairs! Seeing these conditions, I checked out the very next day. But I was made to pay the full amount (2 rooms for 3 days) and again that was disappointing.

From the start we faced issues like the AC in the room not working properly. The wifi was absolutely horrendous which is such a basic service to provide in hotels nowadays. Luckily, we were only there for 1 night, otherwise I wouldnt recommend it for a long term stay.
